I was seriously craving something greasy so I went with the spare ribs poutine which turned out to be a smart choice. They put plenty of curds which is always something I like in a poutine. The fries themselves were well-seasoned and thick while the meat was very tender. They would have been quite good on their own too. My only complaint was that they garnished it with deep-fried onions that were cold. I think even if they had been hot they wouldn't have added much to the poutine as a whole.

The menu is simple: jumbo hot-dog (all beef, 3.25$) or polish hot-dog (a little more expensive and takes 5 min to cook). The rounded buns are nicely toasted without being dry, and the service is courteous and fast. The condiment station is clean and well stocked, with many types of sauce (but no mayo), along with sauerkraut, freshly chopped onions, olives, etc. Really nice to have as a quick food option, especially in that part of downtown!
