Unknown brand top for over $8!!!! I would have paid no more than $5 at any other thrift store around the area!
Rosa C.

Spent over an hour here, everything was SO expensive!! This is the only thing I bought! Their inventory is big, but prices are HUGE! Why if their stuff is donated! Basic tops that sale for under $5 in other thrift stores around here sale for over $8 at Savers! Beyond disappointed in their super high prices, never coming back! Shame on you Savers!!!!!

Pricing far to high on most items. Not what you'd expect for shopping at a thrift store.

Clean well organized good attitude from staff with shop there. If you're dropping off merchandise, don't forget to get your 20% coupon.

Do they take furniture?

Some, not all. I'm not really sure what their standards are. Worst case scenario, you can donate bigger furniture at Habitat for Humanity.

Do they accept rolls of clothing material?

Yes, fabric

Are you currently accepting large furniture like a couch/futon/bed?

Ive seen couches @ Huntington Beach & Lomita Store.

Do you buy the used sofa chairs ? Thank you

Are you guys accepting donations? If so, is there a limit on how many boxes we can drop off? Thank you!

Are you accepting big furniture? Like a leather side chair and matching stool?

Check with your local store

Are they accepting donation right now?

Iʻd check with the store your'e considering.

The racks had tons of stuff but it wasn't overcrowded. They had a lot of Squishmallows. The bad: I like the Goodwill on Hawthorne in Torrance better because it seems to have nicer items that are more selected for quality/trendiness. A lot of the shoes were pretty worn down. There were so many out of fashion jeans here. The home goods area was pretty run down looking and in a disarray compared to other Goodwills. The interesting: I like how they have seasonal items displayed in the front. Since St. Patrick's day is the next holiday, the front area has tons of green clothes and items on display.

Merchandise seemed cluttered, and I had a difficult time finding anything that caught my interest. What really made me decide to leave was watching an employee stocking shelves while wearing gloves and handling some items in a way that made me question their condition. I'm sure there may have been a perfectly reasonable explanation, but it left me feeling uncomfortable enough that I chose not to continue shopping. To make matters worse, many of the prices surprised me. Shopping at Goodwill used to feel like hunting for affordable treasures. Now, many items are priced so high that I found myself thinking I might as well shop at a department store and buy something new. Unfortunately, this location just wasn't a pleasant shopping experience for me.
