Clothes is extremely limited to undergarments. This store is only intended to be conveneient for those in the area or those who live above at the condo/apartments. For what it is, It's not bad. Space was clean. Parking was convenient. Self check out was quick. And they still have their value aisle at the entrance, although very small, I was still able to find something for $1. A great option if you are wanting to avoid crowds and are going in for a few items. Staff member I interacted with was helpful.

The items I was looking for weren't in the store at all (jackets/clothes for adult ladies, umbrellas) as the clothing section was extremely small. Only items out were baby clothes and the undewears/socks were locked up, along with maybe half of the entire small store. I think everyone here is very cautious as it seems like not just the security guard, but other staff were always walking around and watching everybody. To use the public restrooms, you need to swing your hand over the sensors and wait for a staff. If you try to ask a staff in person, they won't help you and just tell you to wait for someone to come. There is a code on the door, but they don't tell you the code-- they open it personally with a key. With all these cues, it appears there may be a strong pattern of theft by the many homeless nearby. I think this store however is good for important household toiletries, but if you want the extra stuff (like technology, clothes, toys, etc.), you need to go to a different Target.

The shopping center itself has plenty of parking with validation available in store. I was making a return, but was pleasantly surprised to see how organized and efficient this location is. I stopped to browse and got into line with zero problems. My return was addressed via the online website and I showed the return barcode to the cashier and that was all it took. The validation scanner is right next to each cashier and you put your parking ticket under the scanner to validate this saved a ton of time from me going into my local branch, which is always tremendously crowded.

Empty shelves dusty and empty. The store looked unkept, racks were messy, and the overall shopping environment felt neglected compared to other locations. What made the experience worse was how uncomfortable we were made to feel almost immediately after entering the store. Within about two minutes of stepping inside, we were being followed by asset management . It was obvious and unnecessary, especially since we had just arrived and were simply looking for a few specific items we were there to purchase. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time I've experienced something like this at Nordstrom. The same thing happened to me at the Westfield Culver City (Fox Hills) location after years of shopping there without any issue. As someone who has regularly spent $400 or more every visit at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, it's extremely disappointing to feel singled out and followed around the store while shopping. I just had to leave. During this visit, I also noticed other shoppers in the store (not being followed), I guess other race of people do not steal, just mines. We must be followed! I don't have to shop there. Despite what appeared to be suspicious behavior elsewhere, the focus remained on following us instead of paying attention to actual store issues or potential theft. Nordstrom employees should focus on maintaining their stores and treating all customers equally rather than making loyal customers feel targeted. We recently moved to a luxury apartment near by, but because of these experiences, I will no longer be shopping at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack.

Seasonal decor is extremely limited. Cleaning products, toilet paper and household goods similarly have small selections that are often completely sold out. Personal supplies are ok, the in-store Starbucks is ok, drink and snack selection is ok. Unfortunately the Target experience is also lacking. Staff is generally not too helpful and the store is fairly disorganized for it's small size. I only shop here if I emergency run out of toothpaste or things like that - which is sad as I am a regular Target shopper (near my work) and only live a couple of blocks away making it an easy walk.

The inventory gets stale quickly. There's plenty of parking at the store. The ambiance is always BUSY, and of course, the line is typically super long, with no separate line for returns. But I don't expect too much from a Ross. The service has always been decent. They don't hassle me when it comes to returns, and I don't get rushed when shopping late. The selection is pretty good, but again, it gets stale. They need to bring in more exciting things. Swap out the furniture items. I swear in the kitchen section some of the same things have been on the shelf the past 6 months. It's nice to see new things and get new inspiration. The value is good, but I've noticed the prices getting steeper. The hangers for example. Ross is where you're supposed to go for a discount, but their hangers are pretty expensive. I guess inflation hit them too, because for some of the prices, it makes more sense to go to the regular department store. I'll still come here from time to time for quick needs or decor items. You can never go wrong with those.

That's still not that bad , what really did it for me was when a staff member was "restocking" the row I was on I guess to try to watch me and comes directly by me and pushes the clothes over on the rack I'm sorting through and claims "she's working" it was very rude she definitely could have said excuse me or just waited until I was done looking at the clothes instead of just barging her way in. Definitely deterred me from spending as much as I originally intended to spend because I did it feel my business was valued . Oh yeah if it wasn't obvious I'm black.
