Save on Branson was outstanding and made our trip much easier. They helped us secure tickets to several shows at a very reasonable cost, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was helpful, but I especially want to recognize Misty. She was wonderful both on the phone and in person--friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and truly helpful. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We saw nine shows in five days and had a fantastic time, and Save on Branson played a big part in making that happen. Highly recommend using them if you are planning a Branson trip. read more

Slippery, slimmy not trustworthy and unethical. Bought some tickets that was not the issue. All good there. The issue came up when they asked for $40 deposit to attend EXCURSION presentation in town, 90 minutes. We did that, had papers signed as required by SAVE ON BRANSON and EXCURSION. Turned in the signed document at the SAVE ON BRANSON office. They said they will process the $40 credit back to our CC. Never saw credit back. Contacted my CC Co. for a dispute. Find out today I have been denied my $40 dispute. Easy peasy for honor your word, but slimmy is just that. Do not utilize the services of this place. They are unethical. BAD ACTORS. We are very disappointed in this trip to Branson with SAV ON BRANSON. We were moved from the usual 3 to 2 1/2 star Thousand something hotel to A NO STAR Econo Lodge on Shepherd of the Hills. The ceiling above 1- bed leaked, the heater was an old-fashioned motel heater that wasn't digital that either would get too hot in the room or would blow cold air. The tub had cigarette burns on it and the shower head didn't divert all the water from the fawcett to the shower head. And the breakfast was a joke, no eggs or bacon or sausage. The blue berry rolls were old. Sales pitch didn't start on time and ran long and no daily maid service. .. had to ask for extra towels. Bed uncomfortable and Noisy as all hell when you got in the middle of the night. SAVE on Branson really could do a better job of screening with an Income to Expense ratio and resource level to pay cash up front. read more

Sales pitch ran over 90 minutes We SPECIFICALLY asked for aisle seats to all shows. Did not get that and had to move clear to back of theater to one event. Told them it was our 50th wedding anniversary expecting they would pass it along to the show. Our names were NOT mentioned. Total disappointment- DO NOT USE read more

Is there a negative 10 I can select? Been to many time share things but they are the worst. The 90 minute talk started with breakfast (which we did not take) & they tried to tell us we could not leave after 90 minutes "because that did not include breakfast time". Could not come close to the price we pay for cruises. Keep having different people try to pressure us. We purchased their additional 3 night package with no talk but even giving 4 month notice for a 4 week window to use could not get in. Then in reading the fine print it will cost an additional $98/nite for taxes & fees - again can get a better deal on your own. Do NOT waste your money!!! read more

We were very disappointed in the service we received. Alexis was very rude and was not very helpful. She booked our shows for the wrong day and then got on the phone with the theater and told them we said stuff that was not said. Luckily, they found us tickets at the theater to see the shows if they would not have had a cancellation we would not have been able to see the shows we went to Branson to see. Will never use them again!! read more

We have used them many times and been happy except for THE VACATION PACKAGE where you have to pay( It was not a small amount of money and over $100) to go into a website just to look at what was available and then there were plenty more fees after that. Well before we paid the money I started looking at complaints with this package and there were so many. Most people said the hotel was so bad and by the time all the fees had been tacked on they could have booked it themselves a whole lot cheaper. ***I want to state all the other times we have used them it has been good but the last two hotels in Branson have been run down and I feel it may be generous to give them 3 stars. read more

This company put us in a condo that has disgusting carpet. Stains everywhere. I can barely stand to walk around without shoes let along without socks. Stains on the pillows that sit on top of this furniture from FEMA. I sleep almost fully clothed and don't do that at our actual condo bc it just feels dirty in here. I will never, ever stay or book through this company again. Beds are terrible too. We're on the bottom floor of this place which feels like a basement. Please don't subject yourself to these awful people and their terrible up sales. Outlets don't work. They don't want you to raise the air above 75 and the temp outside is 17 degrees. You have to take your own trash out. Spend all day out so I don't have feel dirty from staying here. read more

Save on Branson - This is just one spot of the condo. There's many more. This place is disgusting. - Ticket Sales Near Me - Branson, Missouri

This place is a scam. They sell you discounted tickets in exchange for going to a timeshare meeting. They set an impossible deadline and if you don't make it to the meeting on time, they keep your deposit. All they want is your deposit and they will not give you any refunds or change meeting times. It doesn't matter if you don't use the tickets. STAY FAR AWAY!!! read more

My name is Rosa and I have not experienced the worst customer experience than what I have here. I was so excited to set my reservations. Everything went well the information related to me on my call back; to set reservations dates, went well, did not raise questions for me. The representative said all other information will be on your emails. As I checked my receipts I read that I needed to call to check on times for the presentation if checking in on same day. I did call spoke with a gentleman, he said he was the manager and he was not able to help he said he needed to make other phone calls. After a while I called the number 417-313-5213 and female was not able to help, she ended up hanging up on me. She was unprofessional, condescending and rude. I was so upset that I told her to void my transactions. I called again and spoke to a manager she confirmed that transaction was canceled. She was also not able to help. Not worth it, and I lost out on a free vacation. Do not buy tickets here. We got tickets to 2 shows discounted in exchange for attending the timeshare presentation. Most of the time you can get a lot more for attending the presentation from almost any other source! Like a vacation vs $100 on tickets. Don't waste your time. If you have to attend a presentation, you should be getting more than what you are offered. read more

While they live up to their promise and keep their word, by giving you great deals-- my only suuggestion would be for you to do your own research when choosing entertainment/shows to attend. I can tell they strive to make your customer service experience as seamless as possible; however, their reviews of certain shows may not be to your liking. Typically I'd give them 5-Stars but due to one of their reps falsely depicting a show, I'm giving them 4-stars. Nonetheless they tried their hardest to make my family happy and I especially thank Dale for answering the phone after business hours. Thanks to them, we attended a 1.5-hr presentation and received free tickets to The Titanic Museum, dinner gift cards, and tickets to a concert. It's worth your time if you are wanting to save hundreds upon hundreds of dollars! Thanks to "Save on Branson" for making our trip affordable read more

BEWARE......BEWARE......BEWARE...... Very deceiving in their "come on" advertising. was not told about several of the requirements to GET the discounted tickets until after the money was paid and it was to late to cancel the trip. Just be aware, Double and triple check who the sales agent is working for and TRUST no one. read more

It was totally deceptive. We were told on the phone we could pick up tickets and do a review at the same time. Back to back. That wasn't the case. We were also told we would be in and out of a 55 minute presentation on a travel club( not time share). That was not the case either. It was a review about timeshare liquidation. We were in No way ready to liquidate our timeshare. So then they sent us back to the ticket distribution place where we were told we didn't qualify for our promised free tickets. Finally we had to pay more money to have them downgrade our show seat tickets. I did not dare write this review until after we attended the show yesterday in case they reneged on their word and withdrew our tickets. Not worth the hassle!! read more

We were told over the phone a 30 min travel presentation. When we finally received the email 3 days later there was a 90 min presentation Also we found out that we need to travel to a different location other than the Welcome Center. We are disputing the charge on our card. I hope that no one else who doesn't want a pressure sale approach falls for this company. I called and was promised a return call. I am still waiting by the phone. I doubt they will call me back. I was able to come to an agreement over the phone. It took a few calls So not as bad, as first thought. This is definitely a mixed review. read more

When we decided on Branson, I was researching and found Save on Branson. I obviously wasn't aware it required a sales preview with my severely discounted tickets. We previewed Westgate's travel program and to be honest, I didn't go in with an open mind but with the attitude that I simply wanted to get it done. For everything we got, I'd sit through the presentation again. We ended up with tickets to the Vigilante Ziprider, Anthems of Rock, The Haygoods and Reza for $50 PLUS I got $100. I had a list of interests and Alex helped narrow them down based on shows he's seen. The Vigilante ended up getting struck by lightening so I went back and they happily switched us out for the Legends show. We ended up with SECOND row seats!! Every show, our seats were amazing, 4th, 9th and 11th center. Staff was kind, helpful and I would use them again. Only one negative, we were told it would be an hour presentation and we can leave immediately after. It was a 2 hour presentation and fairly high pressure sales. read more

I don't feel like I got the best deal. I stayed at A Thousand Hills Resort and it was the absolute worst stay of my life. I called save on Branson for help and NEVER received any call back or help not even any accommodations. When I first arrived to my hotel I had to wait until 7pm with a party of 14 to get in any of our rooms. Room service was horrible I had to grab my own tissue and sheets from a cart I seen in the hallway. I called 4 times over two days for pillows. The best part was Shilohs the coffee cafe. Faith and the team was great! Please reconsider when booking through save on Branson or staying at a thousand hills resort. read more

We had reservations for Branson and because of our age and COVID restrictions we had to cancel our trip. Everyone has refunded our money but Save on Branson. They refused last November when we cancelled. Said would hold credit for 2 years. Told that was not what we wanted. still refused. I then lodged a complaint and later heard from Lucas who said that they were sorry and would refund. Was a very nice young man. Was very polite and thoughtful in conversation. He told me I would get the refund and then to post a review that I received a refund. I almost did it that day...I have since received 2 months of credit card statements and NO REFUND. I have called the number Lucas gave me each month and left messages and no return. read more

Save on Branson offers very good prices on show tickets as long as you agree to a "90 minutes" presentation of an opportunity to purchase membership in a travel club. My wife and I wound up paying $109 for 2 tickets to 4 different shows that would have cost $442 at normal prices. That is a great price and we have no complaints about the quality of the tickets we received. Save on Branson as a company seems to be a fine company to deal with. The problem is with the companies who are providing the "90 minute" presentations. We were placed with a company called Excursions. The presentation itself lasted almost 90 minutes and then we had to deal with four different individuals before we could get out of there with the signed form we needed to return to Save on Branson in order not to have to pay the difference between the normal and discounted prices. They just would not take "no" for an answer. We were called "dishonest" and they threatened not to sign the form until they presented every last opportunity at ever reduced prices. All they were doing was making me mad and there was not a chance I would deal with that company. The ticket prices are great but think twice before you subject yourself to the presentation - especially if it is from Excursions. If I was just rating them, there would be zero stars marked above. read more

Total bait and switch company!!! Don't fall for it!! They say they'll get you tickets for 1/2 off. Then, when you think you're done, they'll say "oh by the way, you're going to have to go to a short presentation." But when you get to the "presentation" during your precious vacation time, you find out you don't qualify for the special discounts and they charge your credit card the amount of the alleged discount plus $100.00! Don't fall for it!!! read more

Stopped in to see what kind of deals they could provide as they are still in business for a reason, even though everyone can access tickets online. We spoke with Heather who provided us with options and suggestions. She was very informative and let us know what the tickets would cost with and without a sales presentation. We would use them again!! Thank you Heather :) read more

My husband and I went with another couple May 7-11 24. We scheduled this trip in October. Everytime we talked with a representative about our plans we mentioned that we would be traveling with another couple. We told them that we wanted our rooms close to each other and we wanted to sit together at the shows. To begin with they scheduled our time share events at two separate times. We drove together!!!! we were not told about that before hand. That would have been five hours out of our day. We were upset about it. I told the guy that if we had known that we would not of scheduled with them. We were then told that we could pay an extra $69 per couple to get out of going to the time share. we paid it. When we got to the hotel we were put on separate floors. We were sat on separate rows at all the shows we choose. We went with friends to be with them. We were totally upset. We will not use this company again. read more

Not sure how exactly this saved me much money...I stopped to check it out today and get some info. The staff was super friendly and helpful. But tonight I went through the website for each individual activity we booked today and it was $21 LESS than I spent at Save on Branson...of course that doesn't include taxes and fees or whatever. But still, I'm not sure where they come up with "we're the cheapest in Branson"... But it is nice having it all booked and ready to go at once. Just wish I had done my homework first :/ read more

While I was booking every thing over the phone, it sounded like a wonderful deal. I was told in the beginning that all I needed to do was brag on our trip when we got back home. Jared did tell me there was some sort of presentation for approx. 90 minutes. I asked if it was a timeshare thing because I didn't want to attend for timeshare. When we arrived we got our tickets and we're asked to sign a bunch of stuff very quickly. We realized I had booked a show on the wrong night so they changed it to a show, Abba. Horrible show. would not recommen. The next morning we were scheduled for the presentation. Naturally we are 12 hrs away and we got lost. We were 15 minutes late so they wanted to reschedule but we couldn't. I had to end up paying $240.00. This is definitely a rip off. They wanted us to brag. This is nothing to brag about. After I paid the extra money the lady showed me in very small print to arrive 15 minutes early for presentation. This was the papers that we had signed very hurriedl. These people know exactly what they are doing. Ripping People Off Darnell Clark read more

Michelle was wonderful. So very helpful and responsive. She took care of all my requests and provided us with great seats at all the shows she got tickets for. Your location was also very convenient for where we stayed and for the show venues. Michelle kept in touch with us prior to our visit and as a follow up. I would certainly recommend your company and Michelle. Actually, I called several times and each time whomever answered the phone was courteous and helpful. Thank you for helping to make our vacation so much fun. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Never was told that we had to sit thru a 2hr sales pitch to get the "savings" we got on our 4 day 3 night stay along with some shows. Show up to pick up everything and was told we need to hurry to our first show so we can be there an hourly and fifteenth mins early. Not necessary, SMH. The Dolly show was pretty good except for getting omg and leaving. Absolutely no organization just a huge cluster f... than we leave to go to Stone Castle hotel and realized Susan switched our hotel to Castle Rock. WTF.... and it's only day one. Horrible people to deal with! I purchased Tickets to wonder works on Friday night. 3 adults and 1 child. Two people in our party had to leave however we had another adult and child who were able to take their place and use the tickets. I just Received a very ugly voicemail from a lady that said we committed theft by using the tickets and had called and asked them for a refund. I called Back and explained that I never called to cancel anything. I'm not sure if we got a deal on tickets or not. I don't have a clue how much these show tickets were but I know what we paid. Also I was advised that there wasn't any tickets for one particular show, I got tickets today for an open show tomorrow. Further, I was never advised that my party had to sit through a RCI/Excursions meeting until I picked up my tickets. The individuals entering the meeting place was fairly nice, when we said we didn't want anything they got nasty with us - no need for that. Rating for Save on Branson is a one (1) star, two (2) for everything else. Most of the show's have been outstanding so far. read more

Michelle was excellent and delivered the requested shows at a GREAT price and got us the seats we requested. Know that the hook is the customer's willingness to listen to a sales presentation for either time share or vacation club. In our case, it was the Excursions Vacation Club. I didn't consider them high pressure, but you certainly have to be buyer beware. I'd give this company -10 stars if I could. This place is shady at hell. Just pay the extra money for your tickets. They have separate rules for single women that are discriminatory and when they explained it to me they said that all timeshare companies discriminate against women. That's just not true. I own 2 timeshares and when I paid cash for them they didn't care about my marital status or how much money I make. If they want only qualified buyers then be up front but don't discriminate against women. I can't wait to show the paperwork to feminist activist group.
