My coworker and I stopped by to grab food for our potluck and arrived a little early. We were greeted by a team member named Sally, who was by far one of the most attentive and kind employees we've encountered at Save Mart in a long time. She let us know exactly when the food would be ready and assured us she'd do her best to have it done on time. When we came back, she already had everything prepared and neatly bagged for us. Her customer service truly stood out and made the experience a great one.

I have to rave about the cake decorators here. I know they have templates to follow for ideas but the decorators go above and beyond in making it their own. It was so cute! And even the decorator taking our order was kind and sweet to my son asking him what flavor he wanted, what colors he loved. Just amazing customer service and artistic skill!

Great experience! Shortly after walking in, a worker greeted. Very clean and organized. Easy to find what you need. I ended up getting shredded chicken for lunch and saw the breakfast hot pockets. Had to get those for something different on the breakfast menu next week! Checkout after that and the worker was very kind. Paid and he handed over the receipt with well wishes! Great service and store! Highly recommended!

The dude and I came to Save Mart around the early March where everyone was raiding the shelves of stores. The dude and I were on the prowl for regular items which we walked by and stumbled on several empty shelves which you rarely see at Savemart due to Save mart being more expensive than other stores. However, I usually don't shop at Save Mart only a few times as I feel like Save Mart has the best variety ice cream selections. Which the flavors are more unique and upscale. They have self check and I do love how the staff bags your items when you check out with a Cashier. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean and organized. I enjoy coming to Save Marts they have a good wine selection and alcohol section as well. Overall, I do like to stop by and see what ice cream flavors are available and new wines to try. Recommend if you are in the area!

I was greeted and assisted by two gentlemen who appeared to be in management, and they were very helpful. Thank you -- I really appreciated that positive interaction. Later in the afternoon, around 3:30 PM, I called the store to ask whether I needed my ID to return the item, since I planned to walk back. A young woman answered. I explained that I had been in earlier and wanted to return an item. When I asked whether identification was needed, she said she didn't know and asked me to hold so she could check -- but the call was disconnected instead of placing me on hold. I called back immediately and a different representative answered. She remembered me from this morning and informed me that all I needed was the receipt. When I arrived at 3:56 PM, the return was processed quickly with no issue. I mentioned the phone incident to the cashier, and she apologized and said it could have been multiple people. I want to be honest: I don't usually grocery shop here unless I need something quick, and that's because I've repeatedly experienced attitude and negative energy from some of the female cashiers. My daughter has also noticed this during our visits. Today's interaction was the last straw for me. I've lived in Fresno for three years, and I try to stay to myself, but the microaggressions and unwelcoming treatment I've encountered -- including at this store -- have been discouraging. I no longer feel respected as a customer, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. My daughter will be graduating soon and moving on to dental school, and I've also decided not to continue investing my time or money in places where I don't feel valued. Just give my two more years Fresno and I'll be out of you all's way.

Trader Joe's - Hate this. Hurts my gut so bad. Love their Roasted Artichokes in a jar and their Grana Padano cheese, but not in this form.

Many items that are not currently available at the Clovis store--such as canned sardines and a solid selection of fresh lamb cuts--are fully stocked here, which makes a noticeable difference. This Fresno location is larger and offers a brighter, cleaner, and more inviting atmosphere. It is well-organized, with wider aisles that make it easier to navigate. In contrast, the smaller Clovis store feels more cramped, with tighter aisles and limited space for displaying products, which can lead to congestion. Like many shoppers at Trader Joe's, I appreciate the brand's unique, high-quality private-label items and budget-friendly pricing. This Fresno store also carries a broader selection of the globally inspired products they are known for, including Asian rice crackers, frozen Indian meals, Italian gouda cheeses, and an impressive assortment of international wines. Although this location is a bit farther out of the way for me to visit regularly, I am genuinely impressed by how bright, clean, spacious, and well-organized the store is.

As soon as I answered Walmart I saw the fruit selection then I had it over to the dairy selection and got the whipped cream cheese and milk. On top of all this having people continuously try to solicit you as you enter or exit the store trying to get you to sign some petition when you're just trying to buy groceries is awful. This mixed with never having what I need anymore makes me not want to shop at Walmart anymore all the ones in town are like this.
