I took both of my dogs here and it has been the worse experience …read more The language barrier is an issue I asked the lady several times to not put flee shampoo on my dog and even after asking her to not use flee shampoo she used it . She called and asked me again and I said to not use flee shampoo because my dog takes medication . I informed her several times about not using flee shampoo and during all times she said she would not be using it. Had she said she couldn't accommodate my dog's needs I would had taken them somewhere else . She returned my other dog with her eyes irritated and has a cut in her eye . I asked her what they had done to her and she said she didn't know . My biggest issue is that they don't listen to instructions or notify you if they injure your dog . I understand accidents happen but I should had been notify so I can take my dog to the vet right away .upon taking my dog to the vet I was informed she has a cut in her eye and all of my dogs lashes where cut off during grooming which I didn't ask for . My elderly dog is traumatized after coming back from here . I'm not sure what they did to her but i would stay away from this place .

My Dog passed recently due to seizures and it became so that sadly, we had to euthanize him. Feeling stuck as none of this was planned and I wasn't ready for what was happening I knew I didn't want to have him cremated so I called Gateway for burial service and they had me come down immediately when I needed them most and I needed direction on what to do next they guided me and really helped me when I was lost. What floored me is how much time and effort she made to reintegrate him back into his space with us and the home. I can now go on walks without him reacting to other dogs, people or even cats. He no longer pulls the leash and understands basic commands and is always eager to please! We are so grateful for her dedication and amazing talent training dogs and of course training the owners to get the best out of their furry pets. She explained every command thoroughly and has a clear answer for every question or potential scenario I asked her about. She took him to different places every day - desert, beach, parks, businesses, etc. which he loves. I feel so confident now that I know what to do with my dog and I can finally allow him to have more freedom instead of always being scared of what he might do. My previous trainer had me put a prong collar on my dog, but with Autumn's training I'm able to just use a slip lead which I feel so much better about. Whether your dog is aggressive, old, young, doesn't listen, whatever it may be, Autumn knows exactly what to do and gets down to the root of the problem. I cannot say enough good things about her.
