It was not a positive experience because of the vet that was involved in the procedure. I e always really liked the vet techs and front office staff there. I was sent a survey days later via email. I gave my honest feedback. Nobody from the clinic ever reached out to me to apologize for the bad experience. Today, I called to make a technician appt for a nail trim and anal gland expression for my new rescue dog and my cat only to find out that I have been flagged for my honest feedback and I'm not welcome back. Why bother sending out a survey if you don't want honest feedback and don't plan to reach out to discuss negative feedback with your client? A survey is an opportunity to improve your service and instead they are using the survey to punish people who aren't happy with the experience they had.

She ended up in my care for his current hospital duration, unknown at this time, as he is currently a patient at a hospital. Her health started to fail in 6 weeks and since I have mobility issues, I needed someone to help me gather her into my car and bring her into a vet for an exam. As luck has it, my daughter who lives 85 miles away in LA County had the opportunity Saturday to drive up here and help myself and Sam. 1 place we have taken her to in the past, was closed on Sat. Another place could not take any walk-ins and when I called Samaritan, I was given hope that she could be seen if she was brought in before 11 am. The desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The assistant who took Sam for her doctor exam was very kind and so my daughter and I waited for that prognosis that none of us are ever ready to hear. It was the first time I had met Dr. Choi and he instantly made us feel comfortable with what he was going to tell us. Based on his exam and her age, he recommended that she be euthanatized, which my daughter and I both agreed to do. I appreciated his honesty of not trying to "sell" more possible tests and treatment possibilities and his demeanor with us. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital and Dr. Choi for your pet's needs.

That's only his opinion, it's not the LAW! My groomer has been giving vaccines for over 10 years. She has way more experience than most of the girls at his clinic. Fair warning people!

Since the kennel people mixed up our dogs names, they took the healthy dog instead of the sick dog to the veterinarian and it was euthanized. Thanks to the veterinarians who saved our remaining dog's life by treating her with fluids, antibiotics, and a drug to counteract the toxins in her system causing the bleeding.
