However, yesterday when it broke down, I could not get the attention of ANY associate so I dialed the number I had for them. It happened to be the grocery pick up line. The young kid who answered had ZERO interest in helping me while I was sitting in the middle of an aisle blocking other shoppers. I asked him to transfer me to a manager who maybe could get me another cart. He said he couldn't. I asked his name. He said "I have to go". LUCKY for me a very nice man who was just a shopper like me went and found someone to get me a new cart. I really want management to look into whoever answered my call yesterday.
