I've had some negative experiences with ordering subs on the app for pick up!! My wife went to pick up our sub order and it wasn't ready when specified, and they tried to convince her to take someone else's order!! She finally got what we ordered. I spent 5 days in the hospital, and the first thing I was craving was a Publix sub. I ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up, No sub. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they were slammed so I went out to my car cause I was still weak from 5 days in the hospital! I went back in 15 minutes later and STILL no sub. Now I'm getting frustrated because I'm weak and Hungry and I went back out to my car and 15 minutes later I went back in and guess what, NO SUB! Now I'm pissed! I went to the Deli and there were 2 more people waiting for called in subs. I was hot! I approached the first person I saw and I expressed my situation to her and she jumped right on it! I had my sub within 5 minutes and was on my way!! The Publix associates I've dealt with have always been cordial and listen to what I had to say, but the problem that I and anyone I told of the situation have agreed they are short handed!! I normally bag my own groceries, that's not a problem! But like Wal- Junk, Publix has jumped on the self check out band wagon! I thought they would be the ONLY ONE that didn't buy into the customers doing their job for them. But I was wrong!! I don't mind bagging my own groceries, but the Deli is in NEED of more help! You can go to the Deli at supper time, 4 pm to 6pm and NEVER have prepared chicken! Fried chicken is Always what people are waiting for at those times and it takes 20-30 minutes to cook the chicken!! ITS SUPPER TIME, YOU KNOW WHAT THE CUSTOMERS WANT SO PREPARE THE CHICKEN SO PEOPLE ARE NOT PISSED OFF AND HANGRY!! I've seen it way too many times!! I'm done!

I found a great selection of vitamins. I also found the prettiest birthday card here and I also found the perfect 70's Snoopy socks here all for my younger sister's birthday. My brother found a hilarious birthday card and he found unicorn rainbow cake flavored ice cream for my sister. My mother found beautiful art supplies and some adorable Scooby Doo socks for my sister (my sister loves socks). My sister said that she had the best birthday ever! Thank you Walmart and the team at Walmart, for another wonderful shopping experience. I will definitely be returning again in the future. My only request is that you return to being a 24/7 establishment, the community in Space Coast Florida really depends on your services, any time day or night.

Hey, one huge plus is that they have very competitively priced oil changes. I was going elsewhere until a full synthetic oil change was around one hundred dollars. Here at Walmart, it is about sixty dollars. You really can't beat that. Anyway, as for the store itself, it is your typical Walmart Supercenter. Huge store, but you don't see a lot of helpful employees. Hey, it is what it is. All in all, I will give this particular Walmart Supercenter four stars. Remember, it is a Walmart, but as far as Walmarts go, this particular Walmart is okay in my book.

Winn-Dixie has done an admirable job of turning itself around these last couple of years. When I…read morefirst moved to Florida back in 2001, Winn-Dixie was probably my go-to supermarket. Back then, the big supermarkets were Winn-Dixie, Publix and Albertson's. Well, Albertson's has pretty much disappeared from Florida and at one point, Winn-Dixie slid into a pretty significant decline. The saddest decline, at least for me, was their meat department. For a supermarket that once proudly called themselves the "Beef People," Winn-Dixie started relying on cheaper grades of beef, specifically meat that was inspected by the USDA, but not graded. This meat is very cheap and in my opinion, not worth buying. Well, Winn-Dixie finally took notice and focused on changing themselves for the better and started making changes for the better. The best thing for me was the changes in the meat department and their ficus on USDA Choice grade meat. They still have that inferior meat, but the emphasis seems to be the USDA Choice meat. The staff is friendly and it seems even the supermarkets are getting a face-lift and modernizing themselves and cleaning up. The vibe makes for a better supermarket shopping experience. All in all, Winn-Dixie has earned my recommendation again.
