Store was busy, check out was reasonable. I found everything I needed. I will continue to shop at Save A Lot.

I have complained to the store manager, to the corporate offices, yet it continues. I only go there because they accept my insurance flex card. No more, I will go to Walmart from now on. It's out of my way but atheist I don't find moldy cheese, and rows of product past their use by date. I have filed a complaint also with the BETER BUSINESS BUREAU. The Marc's in Elyria Ohio doesn't have the customers safety in mind. I will also contact the Lorain County Health Department

I'm staying across the abandoned mall at a hotel and was hungry. First time in a Marc's. I thought it was a grocery store but it's oddly packed with some of everything -but also lacking a lot of the usual grocery store departments. Like, I took a few laps and couldn't locate the bakery. And there were shelves bursting with pickles, mayonnaise, and ketchup, but oddly very little ice cream options. I tried to find sliced meats and cheeses to make a sandwich, and I did eventually find a cooler, but it was in the same place with a bunch of odd stuff like gardening suppplies and grill charcoal. The store is old, worn, not clean. When I stepped in there was stuff on the floor, dead plants. So strange. I bought a couple of things, but I don't think I'll return. I wish there were other grocery options, but Elyria seems quite limited in that regard.

Prices were great and once again selection was really impressive. Dianne Ps. Son went back next day and bought a patio chair with cushion plus 4 different yard ornaments. Next comes the plants. Such an unpleasant experience shopping here last night due to the manager! I came in to pick up a…read moreChristmas tree as life has been busy. Anywho, my kids and I pick up a tree and some accessories to go with it. I pay, look at my receipt and tell her it rang up full price there's a sign showing $97. I paid full price $129.99. I show her the picture we took to identify the box a few isles later. She looks at the pic, checks the date and time stamp. Asks me where is the display. My 15yr walks her over and she tells my daughter we picked the wrong box & the sign is just a general sign. I'm angry because the box was B15 same one as the floor sign and display!!!!!! I point to our box B15! I get flustered, I work in Hospice last thing I want to do is debate about your floor sign, while handing over my hard earned money. I tell her you know what just refund me everything. I'd rather go elsewhere. She paused and said she could price adjust, at that point, no thank you. Proceeds to have an attitude and tells me it's not necessary to do all this. I sit in silence wondering why she didn't have any holiday spirit in her heart over $30 dollars. I purchased 19 items for a total of $219.00 I gladly spent my money @ Home Depot for a tree. What a shame! I would never step foot in here again -5/10
