I originally found this warehouse size store when I was looking to buy a microwave oven for my daughter. Here I am, 5 years later, with a houseful of sturdy, classic furniture that family and friends regularly admire. I look very forward to weekly emails regarding special purchases. The building may be huge, but the attention to customer service is enormous.

BUSINESS MODEL -- They buy furniture from hotels that are renovating or hotels that are closing down. ITEMS -- They have loads of sofa beds, sofas/couches without pullout beds, small lounge chairs, beds, TV's, lamps, mirrors, picture frames, kitchen bowls, desks, side tables, and much more. Due to thr nature of the furniture (USED), some of them are worn out and old but still in good enough shape. PRICE -- The items here are affordable foe those on a low budget or just those who don't want to pay full price. SERVICE -- Customer service was excellent when I visited. One gentleman helped me look around the sofa's. I ended up not buying anything because the red sofa that I wanted was a sofa bed so it would have been heavy to carry up to my apartment. They offer DELIVERY for $50 but will only deliver to your front door not inside your house because of the Coronavirus. Overall, I had a great experience here and I'll continue to check out their website for deals and 'new' sofas that will be added to their inventory. **** - 26/200 total reviews in 2020 - 402 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 23 May 2020

When I walked into Truly Carpets I was a bit overwhelmed by all the carpet rolls, but when I told Dennis what I was looking for he told me about new stock coming in. It was the perfect color, texture & a great brand.... AND there was enough for both rooms. Yippee! I REALLY wish I'd had Truly Carpet install -ALL- my flooring. Unfortunately I mis-took 'Discount' as kind of shady, sub-par, or sub-contracted. Shame on me, I didn't bother to ask them if they subcontract their installs =( My loss. Hindsight, now wish I'd had them floor my entire home..... Truly installed a marvelous, high-end carpet remnants in my 2 bedrooms, but stupidly I went with Lowe's for the Pergo & the install. Ugh! Lowe's, what a HUGE nightmare!!!! I should have asked Truly to find me stock, because they had much better quality (12mm vs Lowe's 8mm Pergo stock). Truly installers arrived and did an amazing job. The biggest blessing is that the installers are part of the family, rather than subcontracted out as Lowe's does (nightmare!) The project manager was so knowledgeable, teaching me what I should have known BEFORE I'd gone shopping. My home flooring is gorgeous. When it's time to resurface my floors I'll be going back to Truly Carpet & Flooring.
