The technician Lee came to my rescue in the late hours and had great communication skills- he let me know where he was and arrived right on time. He opened my home in a second and the price was reasonable, nothing crazy like I imagined it to be. The second time I used them, was to change the locks of my new home. Udi is a great guy, very dog friendly and just friendly in general. My dog usually doesn't stop barking at strangers, but for some reason he didn't stop licking Udi the whole time he was there. I had to pry him off of him to let him work. I had a great experience and will definitely keep his number for next time.
