Let me start by saying this is not our first time installing a pool. We built one in 2018, so we…read morehave a good understanding of what a normal timeline and process should look like. Our inground liner pool construction started the first week of September 2026, and the pool is still not finished. Communication has been poor since day one. Responses to questions about timelines, issues, or updates have been extremely delayed. During the build, the wrong lights and stairs were ordered. The replacement lights still have not arrived, and we ended up accepting the wrong color stairs simply because we didn't want to wait any longer. Shortly after the pool was filled the first time, the wall caved in at four different areas. It took weeks of back-and-forth with Justin (contractor), John (sales rep), and the owner before someone came out to address it, and initially they insisted the issue was not their fault. After that, four leaks were discovered in the liner. Again, it took weeks of communication before someone came out to "fix" them. Now that the pump has finally been turned on, we can clearly see the pool is still leaking, which indicates the problem is not just the liner but possibly the plumbing or pump as well. We are now waiting--again--for the leak technician to come back later this week. Considering how long this project has been dragging on, this installation and its issues should be treated as a top priority. Instead, it has felt like an afterthought while other projects move ahead. We haven't even mentioned the shoddy concrete work. At this point we will likely just live with it as it is, but the quality of the work is disappointing. At this point we truly regret choosing this company and cannot recommend them based on our experience. No stars!

Demetre was very patient with me & took over the back yard getting permits, staking out the location of the pool. From beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. He came out this year after the hurricane to check on it & put in a heater. I love it so much I will use it year round. The salt level was too high & my pool cleaning people did not adjust it. So I'm glad Demetre came out. I now consider him a friend.

After calling for 4 days, they finally got back with me. They picked up my deposit, and never sent me a contract. They even cashed the deposit the day after picking it up. After calling 7 more times to get my contract, or an update, I was finally contacted by the Project Manager. Never should have come to that. Then the person I was supposed to be dealing with calls later that day and acted like she was shocked no one sent a contract. Even drove 20 miles to their "location" (from their website), and it wasn't there. Be very cautious about using this company. I wouldn't recommend it. One of the 5-star reviews on Google have pictures from the manufacturer's website (not their pool as claimed), and two other 5-star reviews on Google, I know for a fact, are from employees.

My experience with Pride has been positive for the most part. I live in South Carolina. Alex, the owner, is a good person and we worked out issues that arose from interactions with subs and my towns building department. I would recommend using Pride in any place it is licensed. My only caution to you as customers is to understand permit and inspections required and who is doing what so you don't wind up not having a CO from your town. Pride gave up its license in South Carolina and post completion it was left to me to resolve final inspections and approvals. it was not fun. I still use Pride for maintenance.

He explained what he was going to do before starting and what to expect. When the repair was completed he showed us the final product, reinforced what he did, had us inspect the work to assure our satisfaction, and reviewed proper care of the tub and surround. It was amazing that you could not see where the repair was made! Great work Julian. I will certainly contact you with any future repairs we may need.
