We came with a large group and we were supposed to stay at Branson Towers, whom, I believe, is affiliated with this same hotel. We were all pretty worried when we pulled up to this one because it really looked kind of raggedy. But once we got inside, the rooms are huge and we had a suite which was fantastic! Giant bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and hot, hot water, comfy beds, and pillows, and a lot of space in the living area. Nice surprise! Decent breakfast every morning, except that the gravy was really weird. And the toaster did didn't really toast your bread unless you sent it through a couple of times. Fantastic place to stay! I'm usually worried about booking places that are not chains I know well but the reviews convinced me to give this place a chance and I'm so glad I did! Wonderful atmosphere and staff! Excellent breakfast and even nightly desserts! The breakfast area has family board games too! Pools were average and rooms were pretty much the same as any chain hotel but wonderful staff and little touches made this place superior to any others! For the past few years, this has been the only hotel I have stayed at in Branson. It is up on the hill, outside of town. I especially love the deck that overlooks the woods. It is really quiet and peaceful here. They serve a free breakfast every morning, and a warm dessert in the evenings. The staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. But...... I was told the hotel was purchased by new owners about a year ago. I usually go to Branson several times a year. I have noticed a decline in the hotel in the past year. My husband and I stayed for 1 night, in a king suite. They have a super attractive property and the hotel itself was really nice too. Our room was great with a view of the Shepherd of the Hills tower. Location was great and the hot continental breakfast was a nice touch with lots of choices. They also had free desserts in the evening (cookies, cobbler and ice cream). The parking lot is pretty steep but most of them are in Branson so no complaint there. I did not like the bed though, very uncomfortable but I'm old and achy so maybe it's just me. Would recommend for sure. read more

The Savannah Hotel over the last couple of years has been our first choice. The rooms are clean, the facility is well kept and you are off the main road so gaining access to the venues is considerably easier. The breakfast in the morning is better than you get at the majority of the hotels so should you decide to stay in and eat it's a win-win. My first time at Savannah House was in late 2017 with my mom. I remembered the rooms being quite dated at that time, but we still had such a great experience that when my own family was planning our Branson trip in July 2025, I insisted on staying again at Savannah House, and it did not disappoint! The rooms have been remodeled since that first stay, and the hotel remains just as spotlessly clean and comfortable as I remembered. The star of the show here is the BREAKFAST!! I believe that Savannah House has these absolute BEST included breakfast of any hotel in the country. Cinnamon roll bites! Potatoes with peppers and onions, kielbasa (or polish sausage, I can never tell the difference), pork sausage, French toast sticks, eggs... SO much better than the average hotel breakfast! The complimentary cookies, ice cream and cobbler at night is also a delightful treat! Again, the rooms are CLEAN, no dust bunnies in the corners, no mystery stains, absolutely nothing to worry about here. The only slight criticism I could offer was that the pool area may use a little work in the near future, there's some peeling paint and the whole area could use a little sprucing up, but it was still fine, and my son and I enjoyed some pool time anyway! We love Savannah House, and I can't imagine visiting Branson and staying anywhere else!! read more

Place is older, but is kept real clean and staff is real nice, very helpful and engaging. This hotel is tucked away in a nice quiet location. Most of the guests, while we were there, were over 60+, probably because school was back in session. Breakfast was about a 4 star. Sometimes the eggs were over done, sausage was cold, and monkey bread dried out depending on just one individual that was working, but the majority of the times it was perfect and always stocked. The evening dessert was awesome. The seating outside looks out over a great view of rolling hills. Beds were comfy, shower was hot and pressure was great. Checkout was smooth and efficient. This hotel is quite surprising! It looks like an average hotel but it's so much more. There is a beautiful waterfall in the front of the hotel and it has an awesome large patio overlooking that waterfall and it's a beautiful view at sunset! If you look far in the distance you can actually see the lake. The rooms are very clean and nice. Breakfast is served in the front building and the back one. The front building looks like a little restaurant. The breakfast has biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, bagels, waffles, potatoes, cereal, apple juice, milk, orange juice... great choices! In the evening after sunset, they serve fresh homemade cobbler, cookies and there is an ice cream machine! Expect to gain weight! Ha! There are 2 seasonal pools outside and a community building for meetings. The hotel is located directly behind sight and sound. There are lots of sidewalks along both sides of the road for evening walks which we enjoyed after the late night snacks! We couldn't get into our normal places so we decided to try this hotel based off of the reviews. We are glad we did! We enjoyed our stay very much and will be recommending it to others. read more

WOW!!! I have been visiting Branson since the 90s, stayed in different hotels and resorts from the Victorian to Hilton's and Savannah reigns supreme! I highly recommended you to give it a try. The Savannah House Hotel is located on a hillside away from the traffic jam on the 76th. The beautiful landscape with man made waterfalls, gazebo, perfectly manicured foliage are there to greet you as you drive in. They have plenty of parking spaces surrounded their buildings. Every staffs is so pleasant and considering. The check in process is simple and smooth. They have two elevators and four-stories high. The room is really tidy and very clean which is very important to us. They have a big screen TV, coffee maker and a refrigerator, but no microwave. It's pretty well equipped for a weekend stay and all the appliances are in good working conditions. The beds are a little on the hard side which I preferred rather than those have bad springs that you sink right in it. You know what I mean. We were able to have a quiet and serene sleep. Their EPIC breakfast is served from 7-10a. Food is so good, definitely better than many of the hotel chains that I've stayed. Scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, Biscuits & Gravy, Sausage Patties, Potatoes, Fresh Fruits, non-fat Yogurt and decent Coffee and Juices, etc. We bought our plates and seated outside over looking the mountains and hearing the birds sing. It's such a wonderful feeling to slow down and enjoy the roses. They also have desserts from 9-11p with 2 kinds of cobblers and soft served Ice cream. They have a small outdoor pool but it's closed due to the season and a conference center building. I would definitely come back and support this family owns business! read more

Stayed here while we took our 4 year old to Branson. Immediately upon my search i noticed just how many options there were! However so many looked really dated which was a turn off for me. I also really liked the outdoor photos of this place since it offered nice scenery since it's tucked away on top of a hill. It was about a 15 minute drive to silver dollar city not too far by any means but also nice because it wasn't near their "strip" area and you couldn't heard any loud traffic or noise. Check in was a breeze i paid $168 for 2 nights on Expedia and that was including free cancellation. I checked in around 2pm and i really liked that while they did scan my card for incidentals they didn't charge me anything. Often times I'll have a pending charge of several hundred that just annoys me! The hotel itself isn't large at all. We were on the second floor right by the back door which we preferred and enjoyed. Easy to park and just walk a few steps and there we were inside our room. We had the two queen room option and our room was clean and had just everything we needed. Comfy beds, clean sheets abundant amount of towels and cable. We even had a mini fridge which was convenient. Every night at this place from 9-11 they offer free soft serve ice cream cookies and cobbler. Also have a hot cocoa machine definitely a nice touch. Their breakfast in the morning really was impressive. You had to wear gloves in order to go through the line due to Covid and every piece of toast of muffin was individually packaged. They really took the effort into making sure it was all done safely. They offered: cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, potatoes, ham and sausage and even donut holes and cinnamon. Way more than most continental breakfasts and a lot of time and effort put into this. While checking in and out i noticed the plexiglass on the counter and also sanitizer was everywhere. What a treat it was to find this place! It's kind of off the beaten path but well worth the risk. The staff are fantastic and the evening complimentary cobbler and cookies makes the experience so much sweeter! Convenient to all that Branson has to offer! We will definitely be coming back! For as much as we were in and out, I'm so glad we didn't drop $150-$200 in a room we were never in. The bed were as comfortable as any other hotel I've stayed in before but the view stole the show!!!! I mainly stayed here because I read they serve dessert at night, I thought that was unusual. The cobbler and ice cream served at night was really good!! The breakfast buffet served during the morning was also good. The breakfast had a good variety, loved the monkey bread. The view in front of the hotel is amazing in the evening. The room was very spacious. I only stayed one night but my main complaint was the refrigerator. I have to travel with insulin and the refrigerator did not stay cold so I had to insulate my cooler bag with ice and was unable to refreeze my ice packs. Also the knobs on the shower were extremely confusing and hard to work. The jetted tub jets did not spray good and I couldn't adjust the directions of them. Pictures made it look like it was surrounded by greenery and views, outside my room was car park, convention center and churches. GPS takes you to back entrance which is confusing cause of multiple buildings, but found the reception. Check in was easy. Parking was strange cause of car park on hillside, entered by pool right by elevators. It's very humid and there no air conditioning in the hallways so walked quickly to room. New carpet smell walking to room. Room is nicely decorated, comfy beds, decent pillows, maybe 60" tv, gave us a few technical difficulties but figured them out. Strange low chair awkwardly squeezed in between window air conditioning unit and bed. Phone kept flashing red message light but no actual message. Good water pressure and decent toiletries. Went down for coffee in afternoon and it was empty, said available 24 hours. Returned in evening for cobbler, they had mixed berry and also apple, it was ok. Ice cream was creamy. Cookies were soft and warm & hot chocolate was ok. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, ham steaks, biscuits and gravy & gooey cinnamon rolls. Usual cereal, yoghurt, juices. They had bagels cut in half and wrapped which I thought was strange, never seen half bagels offered. Christian music playing in public areas. read more

The hotel was clean and quiet and in a great location. The staff was super friendly and made sure that we had enough towels as they don't do room service daily because of COVID. Breakfast was decent, there was cocktail fruit instead of some apples and bananas. The downsides I found, really aren't too much. Parking is hilly, but most of Branson is. At check-in they said dessert was at 9, which to me is late. (Still worth waiting up for!) However, it was ready by 830 every night. There was no housekeeping for stays. If you needed something, you needed to ask. They were very kind about getting us clean towels/washcloths and trash bags when asked. The price was reasonable, and the stay was wonderful. We stayed 3 nights here in the main building and were very satisfied. We ended up with Handicap Room since it was only KB available. Room was was clean but not much counter space in bathroom but we made do. Saturday morning woke up to warm water rather than hot but it was hot when we returned that evening. It was a 4 hour drive from Overland Park, KS to Branson, MO one way. After seeing the Titanic museum, the last thing I would do is drive back up to Kansas in the same day. I decided to find a hotel here in Branson to hang out and see more of Branson before heading south into Arkansas the next morning. I found this cute boutique hotel on Hotels.com one day and decided to book it. Looking at the photos online, I found that the Savannah House looked aesthetically pleasing and very beautiful, architecturally. It's different from the usual hotels I've been to over the years and it just felt nice to be here, away from the corporate hotels that promise you everything but give you standard. Savannah House gave me a reason for staying here: a southern charm hospitality in the heart of southwest Missouri. I arrived here midweek on a casual Wednesday evening after grabbing dinner nearby. I did enjoy the view that this hotel provides, especially when this property sits itself on a steep hill. It was a nice stay here, even though it was just one night here in Branson Missouri. I would like to recommend this hotel property if you are in Branson and need a rest before traveling to wherever you need to go. This property is separated into three distinct buildings. Two are basically hotel rooms, with one being the front desk and the breakfast room. The stand alone building to the right of the main building is the Savannah House's conference center and meeting room. I received a room on the second floor and got a king size bed. The room itself was quite large and pretty much a standard size room, with a working television and a microwave oven. Also there is a mini fridge, but I did not use it. The quirky thing about the Savannah House is that they offer ice cream and desserts from 9 PM to 11 PM for a registered guests. They are located at 165 Expressway Lane in the heart of Branson, Missouri. They accept major credit cards, which is typical of hotel chains nowadays, as well as a form of identification like your driver's license. There is plenty of parking here for guests to park their vehicles. So don't worry about that. It helps to have a car so you don't have to climb the hill on foot. For the most part though, the one night stay here at the Savannah House hotel was cool and crisp. Definitely a nice boutique hotel that's probably part of a smaller hotel chain here in southwest Missouri. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast when there was a bunch of guests there around 8am. Pretty much the same usual stuff like cereal and pastries for everyone anyone who wants to stay here. I didn't partake in the ice cream social event the night before, but should have. I am grateful to have gotten my 8 hours of sleep here and the king bed was pretty comfortable. Really needed that sleep since I was driving or in the car for about 7 hours prior to arrival. The room itself was kind of small but standard, I suppose. I would recommend this hotel, even though it is not really part of the national hotel chain scene. It's found on hotels.com. The pictures online make it look like more than it is. It was clean. Our room was satisfactory, but that is when it started to unravel a bit. The beds were so uncomfortable. I have some hip issues and these beds made it worse. They were even difficult to sit on to watch TV. The hospitality room was ok. The ad said coffee was ready all day... not true. The second night we got in around 9:30 p.m. and decided not to do the cobbler/ice cream social. We had it the first night and it was fine...but the next day we got up and go down for breakfast....there was none. I called front desk and was told they were serving only in first building. THAT was quite a walk.A heads up would have been nice. It isn't a bad place--just not that great--not for the price. read more

We had a nice stay here. Just as most reviews report, the service is extremely friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good--mostly standard stuff, though I probably enjoyed their biscuit gravy more than I should have. The nightly cobbler and ice cream was OK. Their soft serve didn't really hold up to the warm cobbler, but I can't complain. We enjoyed the location being a bit off the main strip. It's quiet and away from all the traffic with a great view from the lobby entrance area. Still, it's close enough to be convenient to both ends of town and only about 15 minutes drive to Silver Dollar City, which was the focus of our trip. So while nothing really stood out, I'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back. read more

We got a room with two queen sized beds and were a little surprised because the room itself was small and so was the bathroom. We had a fridge but no microwave as well. When I requested housekeeping, I was told that they were not entering rooms due to COVID. The CDC has stated that it is not transmitted via inanimate objects. I had such a great stay here at Savannah House. when you drive up to the hotel, you are greeted by a waterfall and a white gazebo. The Savannah welcomes you from first glance. You are greeted by a great staff that takes care of you whether it is towels or ticket to a show. The breakfast they offer are tasty, from waffles that you get to make and flip to biscuits, eggs, wieners, and gravy. Fruit, timbits, yogurt, and oatmeal are other choices to eat. Beverages for breakfast consists of juices. coffee ad hot chocolate. The rooms are spacious. I got a room with two queen size beds. The walls are thick so you don't hear neighbors. The sheets, the pillows the towels were clean. The room was free of spiders and other insects. No mold or water spots on ceilings or in the bathroom. The cobber at night, what a wonderful treat, I had my fill of each one. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. For me on this certain occasion, the conferee center - The Mansion was in walking distance. Oh yeah the air conditioning - the temperature was pretty cool. Upon checking in and seeing the room the first thing I wanted to do was leave. The staff here is absolutely great, but the hotel itself, meh. The room is something you'd expect at a small motel. It is small, cramped, and has absolutely no air flow. They are asking for hotel prices for cheap motel like accommodations.
