What really impressed me is that as soon as we entered the woman behind the counter gave us a friendly hello. After we searched unsuccessfully for our wine we asked if there were any cases in the back. She checked the computer and called to a man to look in the back. There were none there but he did find some tucked on the back of a shelf in the main store. While all this was going on I had a nice chat with the woman up front, mainly talking about the impact of the current shipping problems.
