Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The salesman I dealt with was rude and nonchalant throughout the interaction. What was even more frustrating was that my prepaid order was apparently canceled without my knowledge or consent. I was not properly informed about the cancellation, and the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. I understand that issues can happen with orders, but I expect customers to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when there is a problem with an order that has already been placed.
