I went to this shop several times recently ( because its the only store on that block and I was attending physical therapy int he area)until I had my last straw with them . I didn't know where the product was located, so I asked security for assistance. He walked me to the product. I got the product and went straight to the checkout counter. It was a quick and easy visit. I saw another item for a great price that I would have purchased, but I decided to keep the visit short and sweet. What was even more frustrating was that my prepaid order was apparently canceled without my knowledge or consent. I was not properly informed about the cancellation, and the way the situation was handled made the experience even worse. I understand that issues can happen with orders, but I expect customers to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when there is a problem with an order that has already been placed.
