I am surprised at the low reviews on here. I have been using this pharmacy for over a year now. They are friendly and send texts when prescription is ready. They even tracked me down in the store when I lost my keys. They are not slow. Maybe it's because I am friendly with them or maybe because they are professionals ... but they are prompt and call/ fax my doctor when asked to. I would promote them here. I called express scripts support to send an override emergency order of my prescription, told express scripts that I wanted it sent to the Sav-On Pharmacy in crown valley. When I went to attempt to pick up my medication, the lady in the back was yelling at me about not being able to help me because I needed a prescription. I brought over my prescription, and continued to get yelled at that it had to be from sav-on. Needless to say, I managed to get my normal prescription from express scripts, but couldn't get help from this pharmacy. I do not plan on visiting this establishment for any reason going forward. Staff need to know how customer service works before being onboarded. Felt bad for the cashier. read more

The most disorganized and unreliable pharmacy , called my meds two days in advance, was not ready for pick- up , requested to refill when was in the store, came back few hours latter and wasn't ready. what else do i need to do????? people in the line also unhappy and complaining . read more

Their female, Asian pharmacist is consistently rude and unhelpful. Has ZERO customer service skills. Lots of other pharmacies available. Will no longer be doing business here. read more

My regular pharmacy didn't have what I needed, so I had them transfer the prescription here. When I went to pick it up, I noticed it wasn't in the same form as prescribed by my doctor (and she had described in detail on the phone how to use it). The pharmacist told me it was the same thing so I took their word for it. I ended up getting burned by the substitution, spent hours the next day calling my doctor and other pharmacies to track down the right thing, and I had to pay for the darned thing out of pocket, and found out the right version was 100% covered by my insurance. So, ask yourself if the following is ok with you. If yes to all, then use this pharmacy: 1) Given wrong information by the pharmacist 2) Be given the wrong form of medication, not as prescribed 3) Pay out of pocket for the wrong thing 4) Spend a couple hours on the phone trying to fix their error 5) Find out the correct prescribed version is actually covered by your insurance and you pay $0 6) Get burned by the wrong medication read more

Like Kelly H. said, their female Asian pharmacist with accent (I'm Asian too btw) is SO RUDE. Has attitude while speaking yet tells me I was being rude. Asked her questions and instead of being helpful, just says "what do you want me to do?". DO NOT COME HERE. I'm in healthcare and don't understand why other people in healthcare are so rude. read more

I have been using Savon Pharmacy for nearly six years and I continue to be happy with their wonderful service. The main members of the team Mark, PJ and Cindy put great effort to assure their customers needs are met. I like this pharmacy because it feels much more like a neighborhood pharmacy then a pharmacy mill. Unfortunately, I have a chronic illness and pick up my prescriptions weekly. This pharmacy, while not a 24 hour pharmacy, is great. Maybe Amanda (other reviewer) is so grumpy because didn't heed posted store hours. I had my scrips transferred to Savon Ladera, closer to my house, and couldn't be happier. Perfect standard of service; insurance processed properly, ready on time, and BEST OF ALL... no huge lines. Very personal service. I used to use CVS at Los Alisos/RSM Pkwy because I had memorized the telephone number, my scrips were there, and refills were easy. But no more. They have become the laziest and most inept pharmacy around. No more waiting in their lines. read more

There used to be a wonderful lady who worked here and knew everything. Now they hired a bunch of idiots who play dumb (or just are) and do everything wrong. Continuously tell me i have no refills left when i have over 6 months worth, continuously switch my medications without telling me, have given me someone else's pills! Horrible! Will never go here again! Switching everything to cvs. Wouldn't trust these people at all! read more

Best pharmacy in the world! The manager and Cindy are superstars. Always more than willing to explain anything whether a prescription or OTC. Most importantly, service is FAST. If you are tired of waiting for an hour or MORE at CVS, you need to go to this Sav-On. I have filled several prescriptions over the years for my family and usually only wait a few minutes from giving them the prescription to getting the drugs. They are amazing! If only more people could deliver this kind of service! read more
