They said they need to order part, part takes two weeks they put part takes off with check and leaves without letting us know. Later I put a load to dry and discovered the top panel is loose and the screws are still on the floor. We put a stop payment in the bank and threatened to go to the BBB. They come back and said I don't want Uno in my house again. Manager comes with Uno and said he needs Uno. So we let them work on dryer. again they had to order a part and waited by now I have a lot of dirty clothes that need washing and drying. Supervisor came with new part and Uno worked For a long time and dryer was finally working but the digital lights on my upright beautiful Maytage dryer were not lighting the entire numbers. I told them why since they were working before. He just said something stupid and told me that's something else. I didn't like that! Besides their lousy performance on this job they had attitude with me. NOW this is very interesting: Uno wanted me to show him the receipt from the first time he came and dryer worked for a while. I gave it to my husband to show it to Uno, Uno got it and my husband came back into the house. Dryer is in the garage. After a while Uno comes back in the house and asks me for the receipt and I told him my husband just gave it to yo. He said yes but he took it back. Then I asked my husband where is it? My husband couldn't remember. I told Uno MY HUSBAND IS SICK WITH CANCER AND HE JUST GAVE YOU THAT RECEIP. MY HUSBAND COULD NOT REMEMBER IF UNO GAVE HIM BACK THE RECEIPT. UP TO THIS DAY WE DONT KNOW WHAT UNO DID TO THAT RECEIP. BUT IT BOTHERS me that Uno started this trick about the receipt we had paid for and what was he trying to pull?? We waisted around $600 dollars letting these fool and unprofessional guys come into my house to do a lousy job and to make things worse what these guys did when they left was that after they asked to use our latter when they put it back (we didn't see how) they hit the device where garage door opener eye is to close and open. They didn't bother to tell us. But it took us nearly 2 hours trying to find out why the garage door would not open!!!! Someone else had to come to fix it. This was the worst experience we had with All American Appliances and Uno and his manager. NEVER AGAIN. WE ARE SENIORS AND MY HUSBAND IS SICK. SO I cannot believe all those nice comments about their services.

It's like a night and day experience from what I was used to with Frontier. They are so much MORE AFFORDABLE (we are saving like $135 a quarter, yes really...) and they even text me the night before to remind me to put the cans out. They also collect recycling and trash on the same day which is so much easier for us. They also include I think 2 bulk pickups a year included. Overall their customer service, communication, affordability, everything is heads and tails over what we are used to. Both over the phone and via email, so helpful, so kind. This is a very long overdue review about the incredible experience my clients had during their…read moretransaction! I represented a beautiful veteran family who had financial constraints going into the transaction. Right out of the gate, HHI shocked us with their comparably low price quoted for the requisite pest and general inspection. Their price was roughly $200-400 less than the competitors' quotes we received. JJ scheduled to have the inspection done within our right option window and got the report to us as promised by the next day. Now this is where I owe everything to this company... on our final walkthrough, we discovered a water stain that was previously nowhere to be seen. I immediately called JJ And he OFFERED to come out to the property to check it out. Because of his visit and confirmation, we were able to close on the transaction on time. He confirmed that there was no active leak and confirmed that there was no ongoing reason of concern. The sellers then corroborated the story confirming his assessments to be true. Hands down. The only reason why we even got to the closing table was because of this incredible man. I can tell you that my clients were so financially drained by that point that they would most likely not be able to afford a secondary charge. Because of this man and his willingness to go above and beyond, they are now happy homeowners. Thank you JJ for running a company on integrity and servicing the underserved population that risked their lives servicing us!

We are now in the process of selling our home two years later and had multiple issues pointed out in an inspection from another company that was not inspected or noted by HHI and in turn we fell out of escrow and warranty so are forced to make repairs out of pocket. We've reached out to them but have no response from the owner as promised and no resolution. One of the major things was the attic trusses and the roof not being done correctly from the initial build which should have been caught in either inspection however this company apparently will not go in the full attic or go on the roof. How in the world do you do a complete home inspection without accessing these areas?!?! We trusted them in good faith that they would be professional and thorough and it was the complete opposite. The buyers inspector had zero problems viewing these areas and this is absolutely unacceptable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT AND PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE!

I initially had my instrument sent to another shop for evaluation, but after speaking with Jason…read moreand being told he was interested in taking on the work, I had it shipped back so he could handle the repair. That meant paying additional return shipping out of pocket just to get it to him. Before drop-off, Jason reviewed photos and quoted the job at around $995 with an estimated turnaround time of about 3 weeks. After that, the experience went downhill. From December through April, I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. Communication was almost entirely initiated by me. Early on, I was told things were "looking promising" and that he'd be getting to it soon. Weeks turned into months with little to no progress. At one point, he said he should have more time over Spring Break and expected to finish it within a couple of weeks. That did not happen. After months of waiting, I was finally told there had essentially been no progress and that he would not be able to complete the job due to other commitments. So to summarize: * The job was accepted with a ~3 week estimate * The instrument sat there for several months * Communication was inconsistent and mostly one-sided * The work was never completed * I incurred additional shipping costs based on his willingness to take the job That's not how a business should operate. If you take on a job, you should either complete it in a reasonable timeframe or communicate early and clearly if you can't. Letting something sit for months and then backing out is not acceptable. This cost me time and money that I didn't need to lose. I could have left it with the original shop and had the work completed, but instead I trusted this process and ended up back at square one. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values reliability, communication, or follow-through.
