They came, assessed and won my trust and business. We religiously care for and service our furnace as I don't want it to fail in the dead of winter. After looking at our furnace, Care told us that they did not see a need to replace it - that it checked out tine. We also had them service the AC unit which, knock on wood, has a been a gem and never yet failed us. They not only did the service, they made recommendations on how to maximize the cool air where it was wanted by shutting off the areas where we don't need it! I wish I would have known this was possible 25 years ago! As I freeze in the north side of the house while the hubby sweats in the south side. I work from home and my office is in the cool part and his TV room is in the south. We get direct sun that heats up that room quickly. Bottom line - this company is the bomb. One I look forward to having service our HVAC needs in the future.

We were impress with them so when we needed two new toilets installed this last summer my husband called them. They took his number and said they would call. They never did. Our dishwasher was leaking this week and he called them to take a look. The guy he talked to said they normally don't work on them but it is only a year old so he asked if this was a good number and he would call later. He never did. So apparently they just don't call when they don't want to do a job. We will never call them for a job again. There are too many other plumbers around that need the work.
