It had issues with installation, never worked well, and cost an arm and a leg. For that price, you would think you'd get good service standing behind their work. That's a hard NOPE. We have had multiple issues since the get go with this unit. It's a lemon. Tom Craft, the general manager, has not responded to our last communication since June 2024 and counting. We have been collecting data of the temperature issues in all seasons and have escalated the issues to Trane corporate. We have had Trane products in our other houses over many years with no problem, so the likelihood is that this unit is just a lemon. SO IS BUCKEYE HORIZON! Run, don't walk, to ANY other HVAC company. I wouldn't trust this one to toast a marshmallow.
