Fortunately, I found CNC Lawn Care and contacted Chad. They were responsive, professional, Carl come out to assess our property in a couple days. I received a quote for weeding the property, removing overgrown trees, dead shrubs, infected trees, and overall cleanup, and booked them 4 days later! A small price to pay to remove the stress we had. The team we had were efficient and our lawn looks exactly how we wanted it. They did a fantastic job! Excellent communication and cleanup. CNC never did a spring clean up, never trimmed the bushes, applied 1 single weed application when there was supposed to be 4 and when they did apply it they did it in the middle of the hottest days so it burnt up the grass around the property. The board of directors reached out 4 times to the owner Chad about our concerns who apparently shrugged them off because nothing ever proved so we decided to terminate the contact giving them 30 days notice. They were so professional they chose to ditch out and not show up the last week (don't worry we will be holding payment). 5 weeks of season they didn't even show up now! They also never clean or weed out the garden beds either as designated in the contract. Do not hire this outfit if you have pride in your home they are extremely unprofessional, sloppy, and unreliable.
