A pretty big gym right off Stureplan, divided in three floors. Downstairs in the cellar, they provide free weights and most of the machine park. And this is probably where most ppl will be hanging. Second floor is entrance floor and mainly covered by crosstrainers and treadmills for cardio training. Upstairs is for the more crossfit inspired traning, where they have a lot of barbells and "throwable safe" floor for the angry ones.
They also have a lot of classes at this gym, and you will have to book it in advance to secure your spot. This gym attracts a lot of business people that prioritize working out during peak hours. So as always if possible, you should avoid those hours to get a smooth rythm.
Once you are finished with your traning, you can top it of with one of their freshly made protein shakes in the cafe. They will most certainly taste delicious, but the question is...do you really deserve it? read more
