They have a big focus area for free weights with lots of barbells to get the squats going. But also a cardio section, all the necessary machines and some stretching areas. They also have lots of different classes for the one who needs some extra pushing. In the reception they have a "Squeezed up" bar where you can order freshly made proteinshakes and some light food. As many places, you should avoid peak hours around 5-7pm if you dont wanna fight for your right. This is a trendier gym where most ppl done training to a religion, but not yet gone to far. Which means you probably wont encounter a lot of "the great white" guys here. So if that sounds like a fit, ass to the grass, and get the pump going!

There's a good sized changing room with lockers and showers, a cafe to sit and have a cup with a new or old friend, a climbing gear retail store and yes, shoe-horns for their "no shoes beyond this line" policy. They have done a lot of work this Summer on the gym and it is vastly improved by adding hard flooring for "clean and jerk" practitioners and anyone looking for more stabilized footing, olympic rings, a rope climb, mounted ab benches, new yoga mats, and more space by re-organizing a bunch of things. It is definitely a gym for those of us that prefer body-weight exercises. In a previous review, I knocked them for the stiffness of the mats upstairs. I can say that over time they have become less so. Unfortunately they have also taken away the buffet, which was a great deal but apparently was too difficult and costly to manage. At least TellUs Bar and Kök just outside the gym has some good deals. Another thing that is difficult about this gym, but doesn't apply to many is that the monthly rate is very expensive if you can't sign up for their automatic debit plan which requires a Swedish Bank Account (and personal number). They had a Summer deal where you could purchase access through the end of August, but they don't usually have anything like this at any other part of the year. It would be nice if they did something to address this: allowing people to purchase a certain number of months at a time at a discounted rate. It's perhaps too expensive in Sweden but it's a shame they don't have fitness classes or Yoga with your membership as is common in the States -- but probably in Sweden there is enough of that elsewhere. This is a great gym and lots of friendly Swedes and others are climbing here. Enjoy!

The floor plan…read moreis weird with many corridors and staircases dividing the different sections, but they have crammed a lot of stuff in there. There are quite a lot of cardio machines, above average. There are few machines and not a lot of room for free weights but they do have ropes and steel bars to do pull-ups, chins and even climbing exercises on. There are at least two fitness class rooms where one is rather huge. You'll see people in all age groups here. There are several areas for stretching, yoga ball exercises and similar activities. If you come here when it's crowded, you're gonna have a bad time - but if you come here when there's less people, you're gonna have a lot of exercise equipment to pick and choose from, to compose a unique training session that is hard to do elsewhere. One-time, non-member admission is 90 SEK.

A nice gym in the very center of Stockholm, with nice interiors and HUGE rooms for classes…read more Locker rooms are available on both street level and downstairs. I used the one upstairs and it was very nice and tidy. The showers were clean with touch-free sensors to trigger the water stream. On street level they have a set of cardio machines, some free weights and space + equipment for HIIT! Minus points for the oversized "crossfit" barbell weights. There are specially designed sinks for filling water bottles and drinking, making it virtually impossible to spill water. Downstairs are more machines, a little lounge area (for people waiting to enter the huge aerobics room, I assume) and more dumbbells. The staff by the front desk were nice and helpful. I miss more squat racks and benches, but all in all it's a very nice gym!
