I hired them to install a security camera system consisting of an NVR and 7 wired cameras in 2023…read more Price was fine and installation was fine but when it comes time to set up the app on my phone the installer asked me to hand over the phone, I tried to follow what he was doing but he was installing apps, scanning device bar codes, assigning device names account user name passwords...all done very quickly and he asked me only for a password to use. It is an app called EZVIEW I later on went back to try and understand different settings and configuration but there is no manual to follow. But on the day of the installation all were working fine so I figured I will retrace the app settings and figure things out. The issue is post installation support. A year later the app stopped working unless I was on WIFI I was disconnected from the cameras. I texted the installer and asked for advice, he said the issue is with my mobile data. Mysteriously two weeks later the app worked again so they fixed whatever bug it was. Another month gone by suddenly one of the camera in color would have images in B/W only after raining hard, I thought those are IP64 or 65 devices, texted again and no reply. Finally one day my app freaked out and deleted all the devices and I need to set it up again. I texted him again for help and offered to pay for his time to set things up again and he said next week may be. Next week came and gone texted again says tomorrow may be. After that no more reply. Last year I need to upgrade phone and I wasn't able to migrate the EZView app to the new phone, it is no longer on Android playstore, I haven't been able to use this app on the new phone and so I have to carry two phone, the new phone for everything else, and the old phone to use EZView and only works on WIFI (since it has no SIM card). The NVR and cameras still work but if you need post installation support it doesn't exist.

Let me explain...we found Aaron, owner of AMG Certified Services on a neighborhood network. We read many client reviews and were impressed enough to give him a connection, but doubtful enough that nobody could be that good and thorough. Boy was I wrong, Aaron responded online and we settled on a time and day. The day came and Aaron was prompt, loaded up his equipment into the workspace, and tackled the job. Aaron took his time measuring, calculating, and "talking to himself" lol. Aaron told me a worker who does not talk to himself is not a good worker. Aaron is a straight shooter and does not cut corners. Aaron was extremely thorough and stayed at my house until the job was complete to my satisfaction. took my projector to get fixed here a while ago and it's still working better than when I got it…read more (i have an Acer H6500) It was really a labor of love and took a while to fix, but worth the time waited & money spent. My projector was really expensive and it was making a horrible buzzing noise, they fixed the color wheel, replaced the lamp, and cleaned the machine. The shop owner really had some patience with my machine & I don't regret bringing it here. Other reviews talk about it being more expensive than the estimate, but seem to fail to understand extra parts may be needed once repair starts. Now the picture is so vivid and the fan is so quiet. Only reviewing now because I don't think the rating makes sense considering how great they are.
