If you place an order online, you will not receive it without calling. Ever. Why? Because Carlos never checks the online orders or his PayPal account to see if someone has paid him for merchandise - then he'd know there was something he needed to ship. When you do talk to him and tell him you've placed an order almost two weeks prior - it's the first he's heard of it. He will also tell you the prices online are not current, and you will have to pay more than what you've already been charged through PayPal. Carlos is also 'not in the office' - ever. He always sounds like you just woke him from a slumber no matter the time of day. If you can purchase your products directly from the supplier or another vendor, it's highly recommended. Carlos refunded my original purchase amount and then sent me a new invoice for the 'new' prices which had heavily increased. I declined the new prices and found the product elsewhere. Delta was a small local company with Mr. Quintero at the helm ensuring the customers were taken care of. Since their merge, Arco has hung up on us when we ask who we are speaking with, central station takes over 5 mins to contact if alarm goes off - if they even call, and when you call with concerns they place you on hold for long periods.
