I called Brian and with a quick response, he came over to my house to see what I needed. I was looking to bring my Cablevision to an detached garage, along with wifi and to also bring my cable out to the back of my home for a TV, along with the installation of the wall brackets and TV's as well. This required outside trenching a conduit for the cable from the house to the garage and going under a cement and paver walkway. Brian came, checked it out, had me rest at ease knowing that it can be done no problem. His crew of 2 hard workers, Chris and his Ryan showed up and started the job with diligence. They started by surveying the site for the best route of running the wires, and got to work. These guys worked all day running cables (cat5 wire) and installing all that was needed. They needed to come back a second day to finish up. Chris and Ryan were amazing working really hard as a team and not stopping. My end product...I have my 2 TV'S installed and my wifi repeater in the garage as well. These guys are amazing!! I already discussed with Ryan now a security system and well be getting that done in the future. He gave me a great price on that too. He is coming this Friday to install an electric box on the roof of my garage room to hang a chandeli over a board table. These guys rock. They are professionals and get the job done!

I tried to be patient, but this is a small 2 person company that is owned by Robert Wallo and he…read moresucks, quite frankly. He pushed and pushed to install all IP cameras on a 10 acre farm in the Redland. He didn't even bother to ask or check the internet service available, but knew that monitoring remotely was top priority. An all IP camera system with distances of 100's of feet from the cameras to the DVR requires a robust internet service, which most parts of the Redland just don't offer as the infrastructure doesn't exist. But I tried and started with 1 camera. It's been out for a month and no Robert. He's sick, he forgot, he whatever... I paid him two times to splice and bury an analog camera hardwire and both times the work failed. His wiring jobs are SLOPPY a.f. - I have to follow him and his helper so there aren't wires draped all over the place, which he thinks "is cool"; he thinks wires hanging messy everywhere looks cool. I had them re-hang an antennae and tuck the wire because it was sloppy. Then right after that they went and hung the receiver antennae crooked with the wire hanging down in a location that it could just as easily be cut. It's very poor attention to detail. His technical skills are also lacking. He always has to call and wait for tech support to do what most people would consider basic. The guy is ALWAYS sick. If you need something corrected (the suppliers don't deal with end users, so you're completely reliant on the installer, i.e. Robert) he has no back up so you could be waiting weeks or months to get things back up. He refuses to honor his warranty. After waiting a month and me becoming frustrated and telling him I'm ready to throw everything out and go Lorex, he says "go for it" and has washed his hands of dealing with some probably minor issues on equipment that was $2,500 just over 6 months ago and said don't call him anymore. Typical Miami garbage way of doing business. He did this to someone I referred to him too who paid many thousands of dollars for equipment that she ended up junking and going to Arlo instead. I got an I.T. person to come out who says that the antennas he sold me are cheap and not ideal for the set up we have as evidenced by the current issue we are having which is that they are not "talking to each other", so there is no data transmission and therefore no video coming from the camera to the DVR. They are a ~$90 each item that Robert charged me $150 each for. The I.T. person also said none of the equipment is any kind of name brand and he doesn't recognize any of this "professional" equipment, not the DVR, not the cameras, nor antennas Robert sold me. So, he sells no name generic stuff and up charges the hell out of it, then refuses to honor the warranty 6 months in. He's fired, but he still has access to the system because that's the way he sets it up. Folks, better off to try and go to Best Buy or EBay, or Amazon and purchase Lorex or Arlo or one of the DIY systems, hire an electrician and/or an I.T. person if you need wiring, but think twice before going with a supposed "professional security company", especially this one.
