Purchased a COSTCO Security Camera System. Was going to self install, but was wisely counseled by…read moremy wife to find a local installer. This proved a little daunting as most security systems installers want to sell their own systems. Looked at two companies for estimates. A&E offers an hourly rate or a turn key estimate and offers to come back and make adjustments if needed. The other company offered an hourly rate with "no guarantees" (not such a great business model as far as I'm concerned). Bobby came out and surveyed the job, recommended some cable and power upgrades and gave me a turn key estimate. (Even though I might have saved a little by going hourly, I don't think there was a large difference in the end given labor and materials). On the appointed day, his guys showed up, made some adjustments to the planned installation due to access issues in the attic. They finished a multiple camera installation with system setup and siting cameras and cleanup by mid afternoon. The bottom line is that the installation and service were excellent and the price was fair.

They could have easily told us where the main control box was located so that we could disconnect it ourselves. They chose the money grab and decided how much to charge me AFTER after they had already come out. What was her response? "Well you didn't ask how much it would be." So, I guess that is on me, but what a horrible way to do business. They wanted me to pay over the phone but I requested they send an invoice in the mail. They sent me THREE invoices. So they made that big money $113 service fee from me but will never get another cent. My advice, pick a different alarm company.

In my opinion, the quality they bring to your home is top notch. Beginning with demonstrating equipment in the store, then tailoring a system to your personal needs and finally pushing the go button...they demonstrated product knowledge and technical expertise as well as the resources to bring it to fruition. At purchase and installation, they provided exactly what I expected. What I didn't expect...we had an equipment failure (cable went bad in the ceiling) when the system installation was probably out of warranty (8-12 mo.)...but it was never even brought up when I called. The fix required another component or two and some labor. They promptly fixed it...no charge. Kudos to Mike Waller and the guys at Hi Fidelity Lubbock!!

I had a Kenwood head unit installed summer of 2010 that worked for the most part flawlessly. On 25-Aug-12 a guy running a red light at 34th & Q hit me. I was lucky but my 2002 Camry was totaled. I asked the guys at Vision to go out to the wrecking yard and remove my Kenwood and replace it with the factory unit. After buying a 2005 Camry the next week I took it up to Vision Auto to have my Kenwood re-installed in my 2005 Camry XLS. When I went and picked it up it made a loud whine. So I asked what was up and was told to bring it back the next day, which I did. This time when I picked up the whine was only heard when the lights came on!!!!! When I asked about the still unfixed whine I was told that that was the best they could do. I have been a business owner back in the 80's and 90's of three companies that employed 30+ employees. Stuff like what happened at Vision starts with BAD MANAGEMENT from the top down. Times of integrity and when your word meant something are gone. At least at Vision Auto.

The ladies in the dressing room area were very kind and communicative. They only asked that everyone return any unwanted garments to them once they were done trying stuff on. Our cashier was nice-ish, but a bit slow. Ample parking. TIP Definitely get a Target Circle Card for everyday 5% off your total.
