I went to his office on the recommendation of a friend, and was quite leery upon arrival due to the state of the town and the office (this was the dirtiest bathroom I've experienced in a healthcare setting, and of course the Mom Valley isn't a beacon of economic vitality by any means). However, as soon as I met with the Doctor, I realized he was fully engaged in my issue and was intently hunting for a diagnosis. My appointment was late in the day and he had squeezed me in, but he treated me like I was family. I was there for about 2 hrs and started to get antsy after an hour and a few brief consultations. Finally, at about hour 1.5, Dr Rach parades in with all of my medical history and ultrasound records ready to troubleshoot!! Mind you, I had not provided the information for my previous ultrasounds or doctor visits because frankly, I don't know where I had been since I'm new to this area. He spent all that time to look up this information on my behalf, analyzed it, studied me, then evaluated it! Who does that anymore?! I didn't leave until 6:30 pm. This doctor spent a lot of time trying to help me - he even stayed late into the evening. I don't know anything about medical school or what makes one doctor better than another, but I do believe that a doctor who is committed to solving a patient's problem is a damn good doctor. I've never had a doctor be this intent and scientific and committed. I highly recommend this guy. He will take care of you.

Earlier this week I had my first and last visit to the practice of Dr. Jason Luciano at his…read moreAspinwall PA Office. I was referred to him by my PCP to have a cyst removed. The procedure seemed to go well and I returned to my office. Once there I noticed that my back felt wet and, as you can see in the photo, the wound was leaking blood. I called Luciano's office and spoke with a nurse who I told I was back at the office and the wound needed attention. He suggested I get gauze and tape and apply it to the wound. I noted that I couldn't do it myself since the wound is on my back. What was I supposed to do? Strip to the waist and ask a colleague to do it? I then told the nurse I was immediately returning to Luciano's office. When I arrived the Physician's Assistant treated the wound and redressed it. I asked to speak with the doctor but was told he wasn't available and I could speak with the Office Manager. My conversation with her was, to put it mildly, highly unpleasant. I won't be returning to this doctor and I've made arrangements to have the sutures removed by my PCP.

Once released from the hospital my follow up visit to his office the next week was very upsetting as I had to wait for 90 minutes to even be seen and then was treated rudely by the office staff (I did not even get to see the doctor). I have now switched to a new urologist and do NOT recommend using Urology One as it seems, based on the care I am now receiving at my new urologist, that Urology One's methods and procedures are risky and out-of-date.

I took my mother there and saw Dr Dan Ricchiuti and she was tested for bladder cancer and after 3 weeks she never heard back so I had to call the office. After numerous calls and messages, someone finally answered the phone. I was told my mother's tests were negative and she was fine. Why did nobody call to let her know? She spent 3 weeks wondering if she had cancer or not. I asked to speak to management and spoke to Amelia and she was very rude and talked down to me like I was stupid. The office has new employees every time I take my mom for an appointment , and none of them look or act professional. Just a very unorginized practice with many rude workers and managers. My mother will be switching to Southwoods from now on!

WORST PRACTICE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could give…read morethis zero stars! I went in a month ago to get something to help me pass a kidney stone I knew I had (I've had 5 of them previous to this one), however Dr. Herman wanted me to get a CT scan and didn't even bother to perform an exam on me so it was pretty much pointless for me to go in in the first place. He said his staff would send in an RX for the CT asap and so I waited for them to send it off and then left. Well two days later, just as I expected, I passed the stone in my home without any meds, which was the most painful thing ever. I didn't even bother telling the office because they are useless, but I figured I would still get the CT so I could see if I had any more. Well a month and a week later, I get a call form the hospital saying they JUST received the notice that I needed a CT ASAP, however, there was no script attached to perform it and I would need the doctor to send over the actual script. WHAT IDIOTS?! Please save yourself the head ache and money and find someone, anyone better than this poor excuse of a doctor. Sincerely, a very angry ex patient.
