I had the body length of the jacket cropped by about two inches, which also required adjusting the zipper. The stitching came out incredibly clean and looks professional--you honestly can't even tell it was altered. She really listens and understands what you want, which makes all the difference. As someone on the shorter side, she's also altered multiple pairs of pants for me, always getting the length just right.
