Today is June 13th, 2025, and I still haven't received any tracking number, shipping update, or even a response from customer service. I've tried contacting them via Messenger, WhatsApp, and email, but no one has responded. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially after more than a month of waiting. I'm sharing my experience to warn others not to trust this site until they show that they can communicate and fulfill orders properly. As of now, I feel ignored and scammed.
