She is kind, experienced, service oriented and spends as much time making you understand the options available to you as she does with the fit and cut. Her inventory is extensive, the quality is second to none and she is a delight to spend an hour with. I not only purchased a wig (partial) and some supplies from her but I would do it again in a heartbeat.
