The manager/owner is so friendly and kind. The environment is warm and soothing. Sometimes they are too busy for walk ins, but if you just wait a bit or come back, they do get you in. I have always had great service there. I prefer this nail salon to all others in this area. Even my husband loves getting his manly pedicure. They provide lots of services too. This used to be a great place. Used to be THE ONLY place in town I'd go to....unfortunately I began getting pushed to the side when I had made an appointment days in advance & I feel they did that to me more & more once I was a regular customer. I also dont like the cost - they charge for every little dang thing. I get my nails filled & pedicures and its supposed to be a relaxing time...but when you're getting a pedicure and timers go off after a 3 minute massage, its FAR from relaxing. We waited over 30 minutes to be helped. It would have been fine if they told us there was going to be a wait. Due to time, only I got my nails done. Pedi was fine but my gel nails turned out subpar. Either she was rushed or was careless, but color is uneven, thin and the tips are untouched. I've never gotten my nails done professionally and I'm really unimpressed. read more

i put one star cause at least they offered water and were somewhat kind. overall the appointment was awkward, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional. no offense to anybody but I was upset about about the results and wanted to leave after 2 hours of them trying to fix my nails , but the man started hovering over me tryna get me to stay "we will make you happy" he said lol it was creepy. i understand marketing and whatever they were doing wansnt it. I have recently moved to this area and I have gone to 4 or 5 nail salons looking for someone who is excellent at their profession. I have not found anyone as of yet. The reason I'm writing this review is because Sassy nails is by far the worst nail salon I have ever gone to! Last week I went in to get a pedicure and a fill. After the pedicure experience I left vowing never to return. The older woman who was complaining in her native language the whole time she was doing my pedicure, finally finished my pedicure, she picked up my sandal and THREW IT! I was shocked! She also started another pedicure while she was in the middle of mine! Literally touching the other woman's feet. I could not believe what I was seeing. I have never seen such unprofessional work and rudeness. I will never again step foot in that place. If this shop were down the hill there would be a lot more competition and that kind of behavior would never be tolerated.. read more

Spa Pedicure equipment is all brand new. Remodel makes the room seem bigger, brighter, much cleaner. Environment-ambiance- is much better than other salons. Pedicure and acrylic nails are excellent! I found "attention to detail" and quality work. read more

The costumer service is below average, they don't take their time to do a complete and satisfying work, and they are highly overpriced. the Shellac gel manicure costs 35$ here while you get the same thing with better attitude in 29 palms for 20$. I don't recommend this salon at all. read more

Wish I could give this place no stars. My mom and I came here for pedicures at the end of June for her birthday. Upon entering the salon looks clean. We sat at the chairs and the experience was okay. The ladies seemed to rush and the polish was bubbly at the end. The polish was definitely old. What brought down the star rating was when I went to pay for the pedicures. I gave the lady my bank card and told her I wanted credit. She said she ran it as a debit please enter my pin. I was thinking ok, no biggie, so I read the machine and it said enter pin. I did so and waited for my receipt. I get my receipt and it said $86 tip!! I tell the lady who gets a boss to refund that amount. No apologies and they acted like it was my fault!! Total scam. They didn't even offer to refund the .50 charge for running a card. The owner was like no big deal. Yes it is a big deal. You have my card number and my pin (because it is on the tip line)! I have to call my bank and cancel my card before I leave. I don't know you from a can of beans so let me give you my card number and pin!! Total scam. Stay away unless you want to be without a bank card for a few days or pay cash. I will never go back and I will tell all my friends to stay clear!! read more

Went to this place on a whim. Very clean and looks new inside. The staff was friendly and polite. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was relaxing and done very well! I'm from NY and am used to the high prices of nail salons, so it was nice to have lesser prices than expected. read more

The owner comes off very rude and they don't keep employees for long periods of time. My nails were constantly uneven and broke very easily.

I'm not happy with this place, have been here before and didn't like it but decided to give them another chance. The people are rough, they hit my leg to get me to move and today the lady made me do leg lifts to be able to work on them. She made me move my legs at angles that were painful. I'm in good shape but I hate to see what happens with someone with real joint issues. I expressed that it was painful to me but she kept on and got frustrated with me like I was refusing to help her out. I don't think she speaks English so of course she probably didn't even know what I was talking about. I think it is time to start going to my hair stylist for my nails, she speaks English and won't be rough with me! read more

Love this place and love the technicians. Under new management, owner Danny is amazing. He does flawless nail designs, I can show him any picture and he can match it, from mickey mouse ears to half moon. The place got a whole new facelift, new pedicure chairs, new manicure stations and they even have a Pedicure chair for the little one. Also would recommend Long, he does a great job too. I love that they have pedicure packages you can choose from, from basic to hot stone spa one. Would recommend this salon to anyone who is tired of the rush - rush pedi and Mani and looking for people to make you feel welcome and relaxed. read more
