The…read morefirst time I saw him I didn't know anything about MFR, so I was checking out the technique and finding out more about it. John took the time to explain what it was and some possible things I might experience, which was helpful. During our first session, a painful memory from my childhood came up, that I thought I had already let go of. With John's gentle guidance, I was able to truly heal it. I was able to release guilt and shame that I have carried for 30+ years and forgive myself for the first time. I also noticed over the next few days after my appt that I felt an increase in my self-esteem and self-confidence. I thought that was very interesting and wondered what other benefits I could experience from this fascinating work. I have had a lot of painful digestive problems for the last 20 years. I've seen many doctors and they had no idea what was causing it. They diagnosed it as "Irritable Bowel Syndrome" and several of them even told me to not come back because there was nothing they could do for me. As you can imagine, that did not help me with the nearly-constant pain that I was in. I booked a second appointment with John in the hopes of receiving some healing for this area. I was not disappointed. For the 4 days following that appt, I felt better than I ever had both physically and emotionally. I was full of love, joy and peace and my digestion was great and pain-free!
