The needles were first. All of them in my shoulder were painless, but the three down my arm "at acupuncture points" were like lightning at first. The cupping followed. My female therapist released tension in places in my shoulders and hips I didn't even know existed, and the surprising part is that I am not waking up massively sore today. I heard from another customer as she was leaving that the male therapist she was with did such a great job with her massage she almost felt high. I also had a Gua Sha face massage as a part of my package that completely depuffed my face and neck from the lymphatic drainage achieved. Know before you go: most there do not speak English, however, the team is super nice and welcoming. Also for a coverup during the massage, they give you a regular sized bath towel and not a full sheet, so you will need to be comfortable with not being fully covered. I repeatedly told the lady working on me that I wanted a deep tissue which was not what she was giving me. She oiled my back up and I knew it was going to get bad. She never rubbed my feet instead she beat them with her palms. That technique was repeated on my body.
