When I returned on March 13 for a scheduled appointment expecting care, I was told in person by the doctor that my treatment would not continue. The doctor, when informing me that care would not continue despite our prior conversation on March 5 about a plan to continue treatment, asked whether I wanted referrals or information on other providers. This was a general question asked at that time and was not accompanied by any specific referral information or advance transition planning prior to the visit. The termination letter was issued weeks after these events and states that the decision followed prior interactions and references efforts to "de-escalate." On March 5, however, I left the appointment after the doctor acknowledged that the situation may not have been handled well and discussed a plan for continuing care. When I returned expecting that care on March 13, I was instead informed that treatment had been discontinued without prior notice. Based on this experience, the practice's handling of this situation raises serious concerns about its integrity, professionalism, and basic respect for patients.

He painlessly had me back to 100% within minutes. After moving, I searched for a new Dr Bill in my area only to eventually discover that there are different disciplines (types) of chiropractors. One only adjust the alignment of your spine via adjustments. And the other treats the root cause of your misalignment or discomfort in addition to aligning your spine with an adjustment. That's why I could never replace Dr Bill (&Carol). He treats me, not just my spine. And, he's excellent at it. That's why I drive 37 miles from home to go back and see them 26 years later. They help me feel better, sleep better, and enjoy my life just a little bit more (some days, a lot more). He's treated family members to include my wife, son, and even a 8-10 month old baby. He noticed our baby wasn't rotating his head in one direction fully and had some nasal congestion. He asked if we were comfortable with him helping our son.
