Relatively speaking, this is decent Vietnamese for Europe. We had pork spring rolls, shrimp bun and their "noodle soup". The spring rolls were very tasty, filled with pork and wrapped/deep fried in rice noodle wraps. Very crispy skin as a result. The dipping sauce could be a bit sweeter by western standards (who IMO like things a bit sweeter) but I found the rolls quite tasty overall. The shrimp bun was good with shrimp, pho noodles, lettuce, crispy squares and garnishing. It was good. The noodle soup had wider rice noodles (think linguine width) with a couple different cuts of meat. One tasted slightly marinated. The broth could be a bit more intense (maybe my Western preference again) but was tasty overall. I added a bit of chili sauce to give it some spice and to dip my meat in. Overall I felt fulfilled by the meal after traveling in France for several days. read more

We had a quick dinner at 7pm on a Saturday. After we arrived, the restaurant started to fill up quickly. For us that was a good sign but unfortunately the food was not up to standard. By the way, The owner was very adamant and vocal about wearing masks in the restaurant. We ordered two entrees (vietnamese spring roll and the fried one), the beef pho and the shrimp bo bun. The entrees were good apart from the accompanying sauce (it was not sufficiently sour and sweet to my taste). The broth of the beef pho was lacking taste and included a meager amount of fresh herbs (a few shriveled up stems of cilantro in fact). The rice vermicelli of the Bo Bun dish was too soft. Another unfortunate thing is that the main dishes came separately. While my partner was half way his pho, I was still waiting on the Bo Bun. Overall, we were very disappointed as the online reviews were great. read more

The only reason this didn't clinch the 5 Star review is due to the sheer time. The waitresses were over worked and you could tell. They did everything excellently, but it was slow. We arrived for a 19h00 dinner and left at 21:00. There was no reason for the hefty wait. However, the food was fantastic and I will definitely be back! read more
