Relatively speaking, this is decent Vietnamese for Europe. We had pork spring rolls, shrimp bun and…read moretheir "noodle soup". The spring rolls were very tasty, filled with pork and wrapped/deep fried in rice noodle wraps. Very crispy skin as a result. The dipping sauce could be a bit sweeter by western standards (who IMO like things a bit sweeter) but I found the rolls quite tasty overall. The shrimp bun was good with shrimp, pho noodles, lettuce, crispy squares and garnishing. It was good. The noodle soup had wider rice noodles (think linguine width) with a couple different cuts of meat. One tasted slightly marinated. The broth could be a bit more intense (maybe my Western preference again) but was tasty overall. I added a bit of chili sauce to give it some spice and to dip my meat in. Overall I felt fulfilled by the meal after traveling in France for several days.
