As first time home buyer, we did not know many details about home buying. Jaya was our guide and confidant throughout the process. She shared new home listing consistently every week. She was readily available on messages, calls, emails and in-person. One of the best qualities of Jaya is that, she honestly informed us about cons of any property. Problems of any property which we could not see were observed by Jaya, she instantly discussed them with us. She helped us to get excellent deal on home. We are absolutely thrilled to move to our new home and we are extremely thankful to Jaya for it. We highly recommend Jaya to our friends, family or anyone looking for home buying / selling solutions, you can also experience seamless and incredible service by Town Real Estate.

We had looked for a house for 1.5 year and she patiently kept showing us more and more inventory. NOT even once she pushed us. She is driven by doing the right thing rather than business, I say that because she will point out every house's downside to us and educate us on what are consequences of the choices, what kind of work a house might require, etc. She is detail oriented, smart, nimble and very genuine. I would work with her every time I need a friend in real estate!!!

Even before we made the final decision to put our home on the market--they were taking us by the hand and making sure we understood our options. Katrina was on top of the calendar and I never needed to worry about 'being home' in order for any of the contractors to come by for paint touchups, lawn care, etc. They took the burden of prepping our house for sale completely off our shoulders and shielded us throughout the process from any unnecessary stresses. We now are handing the keys to the new owners who will love the home and the neighborhood as much as we have. Thank you Natalie, Katrina, and the many different folks who joined forces to make a potentially emotional process---move along smoothly and beautifully. Oh!...and we sold in just a few days---at over asking price!!!! Bonus! :-) I would actually give a 10 Star review if I could.

Natalie stopped me from checking the house out and did not let me go upstairs. She made me wait for a few minutes while she completed her conversation with the others and then asked a dude (probably her assistant) to accompany me upstairs. The dude gave me creepy vibes and was keeping an eye on me all the time as he walked me around. It seemed like Natalie thought I might be there to steal as I walked into the open house myself. How racially motivated and prejudiced of her! Note that this was NOT an expensive multi million dollar home; this was a townhouse and had very few inexpensive items lying around. It was extremely rude and condescending of her to not let me walk around the townhouse by myself while I noticed that other visitors were able to walk around.

From a seller's perspective: we appreciated that Linda listened to what our wants were (in terms of staging and price point) and provided guidance, but was never pushy. Our condo had offers within days of being listed and the selling process was quick and easy. From a buyer's perspective: we ended up looking at over 20 houses, which was quite a lot in a COVID-19 environment. Linda was very accommodating when scheduling tours. She always listened to our opinions about the house before sharing with us what she saw as the pros and cons. Linda was great at communicating with other agents and guiding us when we decided to make offers. I would recommend Linda to all of my friends and family!

Selling a $2MM+ home during a downturned market in 2 weeks is impossible, but not for Manel. She had wonderful relationships with all the vendors, so she made appointments with a stager, house cleaner, window cleaner, landscaper, plumber, photographer, house inspector, etc. immediately and prepped the house for Open House in 9 days -- all while my kids and I lived there. (We rushed the selling process to get the most of the value of my house since we were entering the Winter months, rather than wait til Spring of the following year with interest rates continuing to rise.) Manel explained everything clearly and never pushed her agenda. She was fair, honest, and dependable. My house sold after the first weekend of Open House! This is during a time I witnessed houses taking 30-90 days to sell. I have to say that the very best part of choosing Manel was not that she sold my house, but it was working with her. She is professional and poised, and she is also caring, kind, and hard-working. She is one of the leading producers in my area, yet she answered all my calls and texts as if I was her only client! One time when there was a snag in the escrow close, she could hear that I was worried. Manel very calmly and confidently said not to worry and to let her handle it. She told me to take care of my kids and continue packing, and she would take care of the rest. She made me feel 100% better. And she did indeed handle everything! Manel communicated with me almost daily, and sometimes throughout the day. She was incredible to work with, and I absolutely adore her.
