By 10:00am the trees were removed and the cleanup was nearly complete and they were ready to head out to their next job. This team is good and we highly recommend Pro Trim Tree Services!

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Tommy & CTE Tree Service. Highly recommend. I…read morecontacted quite a few companies that were recommended on Yelp and Google. Out of the 4 requests on Yelp, 1 contacted me immediately, two contacted me the next day, and one never did. One of the Yelp that contacted me the next day never bothered to show up for our appointment, nor did he contact me that day. The three google companies, one contacted me back immediately, one in a couple of days but were booking work many weeks out, and one never did even though 2 separate requests were made about a week apart. Please please please do your research when contacting a tree service and do not put up with a company who ignores communication. Also, make sure they are licensed & insured. Anyway - back to CTE. I got the number from a friend who used them a couple years ago. Tommy called me back the same day, gave me options of when he could come out in the very near future. He sent me the contract and proof of insurance through email when he said he would. He did the work when he said he would. Him and his employee showed up not just on time, but early on both days they did work for us. ***Side note: Our job was a very, very large one. We had 1 oak tree in the front, and 2 in the back removed, as well as 4 additional oak trees trimmed.*** Tommy's prices beat competitors by a landslide, and he had equipment to get in our small back yard that others did not. Tommy and his employee were very friendly, and checked frequently with my husband and myself to make sure the work they were doing was acceptable for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I now feel much better going in to the upcoming hurricane season knowing we have done our best to maintain these trees.

This is the first time I've…read moreever scheduled something so major in the yard at my house, and I was a little anxious of how things were going to turn out. Dave personally came out to my house on a Saturday and gave me a written estimate. He priced things "a la carte" so I could choose the things that were most important to me, and I ended up taking a few things off the list so I could save some money. To help keep the cost down he also let me keep the wood from the large Oak tree we had to have removed, and he cut it to the length of fire wood so I can split it at my leisure. This is an extra bonus for me because it took some money off the price and it will mean having some great free firewood this winter! I like how easy he was to deal with. I had to change things around after he came out to do the initial estimate. He was really quick to call me back when I had a question, and the maximum I had to wait to hear back from him was 24 hours. He even gave me his cell phone so I could call him with questions. We needed a permit to remove the largest tree and Dave knew the person who to call directly in Orange County, a convenient plus. Dave has been here during the work the whole time, and when I asked him this morning if he would be checking on the crew during the day, he explained that he only operates one crew at a time, that way he can oversee everything they do. I have seen him working with them hand in hand all day. I'm watching them now, and they have done more than I asked, and they are blowing off my patio and yard, carting every little piece away. They left the mulch from the stump and I will use that in the flower beds in my yard. The wood from the Oak tree is piled at the side of my yard. My patio is cleaner right now than when they got here. I am really pleased with how this turned out.
