Around the corner is another shopping plaza, Home Depot, Best Buy, Old Navy and around the other corner is Michael's etc. Amenities- unfortunately, have not been able to experience any amenities even though the state is opening. The gym is appointment only, during office hours and the pool is closed. Technically this community is gated access, but reality is people will cut you off to use your access to get in, people will tailgate entry, or drive in through the outbound lanes and without security there is no way to prevent it without additional costs. Either way, the "gated access" only gives the illusion of security. Overall, it is a great community and have not had any experience with any criminal activities. The community is relatively clean; however, when people check their mail, they discard it on the ground, or when they clean out their cars, they throw trash on the ground. it would be nice if a trash receptacle would be placed near the mail boxes to prevent this. I do not speak for the community, maybe it is just in my area. Trash is picked up at your front door, the only issues I have seen is when people overflow their bags or it is punctured and leaks.. it all just stays on the floor which attracts bugs/flies etc. until its either rinsed, cleaned up, or eaten by the animals. This happens occasionally, but not an everyday occurrence. The apartment's noise barrier is rather good... not many issues with the neighbors to the sides... however, occasionally you hear feet pounding from upstairs. Overall, people seem to be generally aware, and it has not become an issue. To date the few work orders I have had, were fixed within 48 hours at the longest. The office has been responsive and helpful and to date have not had any issues with the management team; actually they have been quite helpful and reactive. Overall. the community shows its age but not to the extent of overlooking this place. As the apartments get updated/modernized, it really is not a bad place to call home.

I lived at Readiness Apartments in Springfield for five years, and unfortunately, my experience was…read morevery disappointing. Throughout most of my time there, I dealt with a serious mouse infestation. It became so embarrassing that I avoided inviting friends and family over because I was worried they would see mice in my apartment. I reported the problem to the management multiple times, hoping they would take effective action. While they responded occasionally, the issue was never properly resolved. I even spoke with my next-door neighbor, and they told me they were experiencing the same problem but felt they had no other choice but to live with it. I have videos showing the mice inside my apartment, documenting the ongoing infestation. These were taken during my time living there and reflect the conditions I repeatedly reported to management. No resident should have to live with an ongoing rodent infestation for years. I expected management to take the issue seriously and provide a lasting solution, but that did not happen. I hope management improves its response to maintenance and pest control so future residents don't have to go through the same experience.

Still yet to fix my dryer tho There are restaurants walking distance. I should mention the initial move in process is VERY STRESSFUL and it is VERY HARD TO CONTACT anyone, like legit you always go to a bot. My advice: call a UDR representative. If not, you'll have to be here in person. To be fair I feel like it can be stressful with any new apartment move in so all in all I would give sullivan place 5/5.

Even after moving out, we received a long list of extra fees that seemed unreasonable. Communication with the management is very difficult. I would recommend future tenants to read every detail very carefully and be prepared for many additional charges.

When we communicated what we wanted, they went above and beyond our expectations to really make us feel welcomed and at home. Jose and the rest of the office staff are exceptional! All maintenance requests we had were resolved very quickly, and Mr. Keith and his team are extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciate that the management team is on top of keeping the community clean. We regularly see workers cleaning the common areas, building lobbies, etc as well as doing miscellaneous routine maintenance like repainting the parking lots and picnic tables. That shows us they care really do care about keeping up with the community. We really have loved making this community our home and plan to stay for the long term.

We went to see the apartment and we saw a lot of things that were bad with the apartment the fridge had mold in it, the dishwasher was disgusting, the kitchen cabinets were loose and th laundry door handle was broken, we pointed them out told him they needed to be changed, he said it will be taken all care of, almost 2 weeks later he said everything was done and the apartment was ready for move in, me trusting them, me and my wife payed everything signed the contract, and went to our apartment, to move in to our surprise nothing had been done nothing was fixed the leasing office didint even bother to check it before selling it, I feel scammed so we go back the next day return the keys and demand a new apartment, the manager Jennifer agreed we went to see a new one and needed to be finished still but we agreed with that one, told us it would be ready the following week. The move in day comes I go check to see if it was ready to my surprise again they tell me they can't give me that apartment that I have to stay with the old one or get a refund, by that time me and my wife were really fed up with the lies and our time being wasted we wanted our money back so we told them to refund our money, they manager said ok it'll take a little over a week, another week passed me and my wife looked at new places to move in, and I get a call from then telling me I can't get my money back that I was violating the contract when I never moved in because of there lies!

6 Stars out of 5! I…read morewas on the board at my previous condo for 18 years, I have been on my current condo board for eight years, and Home Perfection Contracting is the best and most professional contractor I have ever worked with. They tore off our old exterior stairs structure and siding, waterproofed the entire wall, and installed new siding and a stairs structure that is far superior to the old one. Their integrity and work quality are off the charts. The owner, Ahmad Khreshi, did thorough research before starting our well-planned project. I was impressed by his knowledge of current construction techniques and dedication to doing the job right. There were several problems that required Ahmad to think outside of the box, one being how to install siding under our existing power lines conduit which was mounted to the exterior wall at six different points. Several times, Ahmad's crew discovered water damage due to poor work by our developer. Ahmad was extremely flexible in adding repair of that damage into his work plan on top of the bid-upon work. Ahmad was kind and fair, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, kept us in the loop, worked with us on timing, and gave us a couple breaks. His crew was extremely professional and respectful, taking off their shoes when they had to come through the building and isolating interior work areas with plastic sheet dividers. When our project was completed, Ahmad send us the following. I've never worked with a contractor who followed up with an offer of help like this: "Remember, you can always reach out with any technical building related questions, in any trades. Ahmad and his crew had a keen sense of attention to detail that made us very happy and left the neighbors extremely impressed. He was here everyday and was quick to respond if/when needed. Ahmad was extremely patient, knowledgeable and answered all of the many questions I had morning and night. The crew left the site clean and organized ready for the next day. They worked tirelessly morning and night and were extremely respectful and kind. He is honest and fair and produces fantastic work, something that is rare to come by these days. When evaluating my trees, they clearly explained which ones needed deadwood removal and which ones were fine at the time. They also had to remove one tree from my front yard, and they took the time to explain in detail why removal was necessary. I recently worked with Rodney, and he was great about discussing the details of the job and explaining his recommendations. He is obviously very knowledgeable about trees and clearly cares deeply about his work. I especially appreciated that he was there with the crew on the day they removed the deadwood and walked me through what they were doing. Of all the companies I contacted, Green Vista also seemed to have the most appropriate equipment for the job. Several other companies weren't confident they could get their lift into my backyard. Green Vista was able to do it, and they laid down appropriate tracking and ground protection to make sure there was no damage to my lawn. In one case, I found two dead branches that weren't visible from my side of the property. Rodney and the team came back quickly and took care of them, which I really appreciated. I know I'll be using Green Vista again in the future. Their pricing is excellent considering they have a certified arborist involved, and most importantly, they genuinely seem to care about the health of the trees rather than trying to upsell you. Highly recommended.
