I have never experienced such poor service. Dropped my wife's ring off on 8-23-18 for a sizing a dipping asked how long would it take, and was told to call on that following Wednesday which would have been right a week. I called, and no answer. Had my mom to go by and they were closed. Actually tried getting a hold of Bill everyday and going by there about every day just to get my ring. Never could catch them open. I finally found him on Facebook and sent a message. He tells me he's been in and out and will be there today 9/24 so I had my mom to go get it. Actually she had to knock on the door to get their attention because it was locked. She asked for a discount because of the inconvenience and lack of professionalism and he tells her no discount and he's been in and out and I should've knocked on the door, because he may have been in the back. I mean who says that to a paying customer?! She tells him that this was very inconvenient and he told her well you don't have to come back. So she told him don't worry, we won't.
I was even looking at replacing her wedding band there but that won't happen now!
Ive used Cornets in the past and only used Sara's because it was cheaper. Well it's true. You get what you pay for. Cornets is way better! No wondering Sara's never has any customers, he's running them off! read more
