They apparently couldn't get it closed so they just left it and didn't tell me. So much for cooling that room for 3 days before I found it. They were terrible on my wood blinds. While cleaning, they left some of the slats upside down and off their tracks. What a hassle it is to get those back in place. I have 2 artificial plants that were never touched by a rag or a Swiffer. Shouldn't they at least be looked at? The cleaners may have worked in hotels but no experience in residential homes. I don't really blame the cleaners, I blame their training. Obviously, their trainer was too lazy to make sure they learned what they were taught. Too many more things to mention, suffice it to say it was a waste of $635. I spoke to the owner who said, "I'm sorry you feel that way. Our cleaners are thoroughly trained," blah, blah, blah. When I told her it wasn't worth all that money, she said, You knew how much the contract was and you signed it. I wish you had told me of the problems before our appointment. ?!?! What!?!?
