I personally know the seller of the home mentioned and I also know Jason and Lisa Bernstein. I have first hand experience of what really happened and I'd like to share what I know to be true. First, when I entered the seller's home, I was overcome by the stench of dog urine and feces and also the putrid smell of cigarette smoke. The house was in serious disrepair, full of junk and clutter, and also had a major infestation of roaches. The house was certainly NOT gorgeous and it was in this condition at the time the house was sold. The exterior of the property was also a complete mess. The Bernstein's sold the home for this elderly lady at FULL ASKING PRICE, which the elderly person told me she thought was a good price. The Bernsteins also made sure she could stay in the home for months at no charge following the closing of the sale. They did this so she would have plenty of time to find another place to live. The Bernsteins also had food delivered to this lady's home when they found out her car was inoperable and generously paid for the groceries. In addition, on numerous occasions, Lisa provided transportation so this elderly lady could complete errands and be on time for appointments. I know this firsthand because the elderly lady shared all this information with me personally. Jason and Lisa treated this woman with dignity and respect and always had her best interests in mind. They went above and beyond to help her! The seller also left her cat behind when she moved out, and it would not have survived on it's own. I was put in touch with some people who rescued the poor kitty and now she is in a loving and safe home. The cat had some serious medical problems and was seriously underweight when she was rescued (2 days after the elderly lady moved out). The kitty is now healthy, happy, and living the best life ever! I know this because I receive regular updates and pictures from the rescuers and I've also been to their home and have seen firsthand how well the cat is doing. In addition, this elderly lady DOES IN FACT have living relatives (a niece, a nephew, and a sister in law) and also a friend of 50 years, all of who had been communicating with her both during and after the real estate transaction was completed. Again, I know this firsthand, as per this elderly lady's communication with me. I also went to great lengths to help this elderly lady with a number of things. So she did in fact have support of family and friends. The friend mentioned went to great lengths to help her elderly friend on numerous occasions as well. The statements Priscilla Y made in her review are false, unfounded, and slanderous. Finally, I have known Lisa and Jason for 6 years and they have taken care of all my real estate needs (2 home sales and 2 purchases) with professionalism, compassion, caring, and my best interests in mind. Lisa and Jason sell homes and assist buyers with purchasing homes with love, expertise, and with the goal of always making sure their clients receive the best services! I highly recommend Lisa and Jason as agents and also as individuals who truly care about people!

Having never lived in an HOA community before I didn't know how strict rules were here. The property owner received notices from the HOA about garbage cans and parking- rules I was unaware of due to their negligence. Spalding Brokers then labeled me as a bad tenant and have harassed me since then. I also received a notice to vacate at the end of my lease term (June 30 2019) in December 2018 because I disagreed with the HOA issues being my fault when I was fully unaware of the rules until October. I have a friend over that I allow to hang up shirts in a closet so he doesnt have to live out of a suitcase and they entered the property, took photos and are trying to use them against me stating I have another person living here and am in default of my lease. A house guest I gave them 2 months+ notice about that they deny receiving....I have all texts and emails saved. This type of property management drives away great tenants and doesn't allow you to have a long term person. I suggest going elsewhere where your tenants will feel safe living in your rental homes and not attacked or harassed. Regarding their response: the "handicapped" space wasn't a handicapped space. It is now that an ADA complaint was made and the complex had to make it a legitimate space and repaved /repainted the entire lot. The offer to call and discuss anything with this company is a joke! I have done this multiple times with no response. Also, they are now demanding a property inspection and it's on a day I work all day and they want to be there at 1:30pm and will not budge on time to be accommodating so I may be there with them to work this out. So, what exactly is there to discuss? You do nothing to properly assist your tenants. You are hands down the WORST management company and I cannot wait to be free from you.
