The second realtor did not provide us with any house to look at, and she was unreachable most of the time. We explained we were in a rush. Yet she took her time calling us back. The third realtor does not have time to pick up the phone and when he did was extremely disrespectful. I think we almost had PTSD from all these bad realtors. Mr. Richard is the complete opposite. In every case, we contracted with home inspection firms. Dealing with Harmony Home Inspection Services was amazing. We learned about Harmony House Home Inspection Services from our son who had used their services four years ago. When we contacted them, we had informed them that we had a very short window to get the inspections done. Without any fuss, they scheduled the inspection for only two days later!!!!!! Before the written report was sent to us, the inspector called us personally to provide us with a thorough summary of his inspection.
