When I heard that she left her former chair to start her own salon, I knew I just had to see her again. I couldn't be more proud of her and what she's done. She is amazing at her craft, and I am so happy to continue and support her. Before meeting Katie, I was very amateur and clueless when it came to hairstyles and using spa services. Shoot, I still am, but it doesn't matter when you have her on your side! She's sensitive to your needs but also knows how to give ya a gentle push if you're looking for something different. She cuts my hair the way I like it, too- several times- with no disappointment. And all of the photos I see of the weddings she worked on looks FANTASTIC! When that time comes, I know who I'll be seeing... I've had a journey with her. We went down the red hair single-color treatment, the ever-popular balayage, OG highlights, and more recently- she cut off 13 inches of dreadlocked heartbreak city. I felt and continue to feel like a million bucks. Plus, she taught me SO MUCH. What kind of treatments to use for my thin hair, how to use texture creams and a diffuser for when I missed the way my hair felt after swimming off the Hawaiian beaches, how to use all the heating tools, etc. etc. From fringe to bob to peekaboo hair color and blowouts galore. She kills it, and her new space is absolutely gorgeous. Very friendly atmosphere, a myriad of services to serve all women- plus she shares the space with friendly talented babes that do tanning and other services. I couldn't recommend a better person to trust your hair with. Whether you have been going to salons your entire life and need a change, or are interested in a hair pick me up, she is your go-to!!

I'm irregular going to her due to my schedule, laziness, etc, but she's patient with me and manages to clean up the mess each time I'm there. Beyond the great cuts, Lauren has also given me neat-up trims between cuts, recommended products that have made a difference and most astonishingly she somehow remembers details of my life I blabber about despite handling 100s of loyal clients. Hell she remembers things about me I don't remember telling her about. One time when Lauren was out of town, I went to another stylist here, who was just as careful and exhaustive with my hair care, and recommended a scalp massage tool for my dry scalp, and I've noticed improvements ever since I started using it!

Well, I call bullsh*t on all of that - or rather, Adrienne did when I saw her for a cut. Despite my protestations that my hair was a lost, boring cause, she gave me a cut I LOVE. She worked in easy layers and shared some seriously invaluable tips on shampoos and products. My hair hasn't felt fuller in years, and I feel like I have seen the light.
