Now, having successfully and smoothly closed on our new home, I couldn't be more thankful for having Deborah to work with. Deborah is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Her ability to understand our budget and goals and articulate details and ideas to work with our goals was top notch. She was always really on top of the process, making sure to get everything she needed from us as early in the process as possible so that we wouldn't have to be scrambling at the end. She was always readily available if I ever had any questions, and she would often reach out to me to provide any updates as well. I know a number of people that had difficult lending experiences, and fortunately we had the opposite. Deborah was always clear and confident and we were never having to question if things were going to work out. The Lending side of home-buying can be stressful and confusing, but with Deborah, it was a very smooth process. I would absolutely recommend Deborah to anyone and everyone. I wouldn't ever consider using anyone else for as long as she remains in business.

Scott's recommendation for Suzanne was 'she's the hardest working broker out there', and indeed she was. Aside from that I saw her reviews on Yelp and we talked for at least an hour and clearly she is prepared to explain what a good broker should do for their client. Suzanne really knows this business and has weathered the storms of real estate. Emails and phone calls were always quickly returned. We we able to close our loan in 20 business days - amazing. Might have been faster if I had gotten forms back to her quicker. It was also great to work with a husband/wife team. Scott is an incredible Realtor and we had complete faith that he would find us the right house and handle the negotiations professionally.

Within a mere two weeks, she achieved what the other lender couldn't accomplish in the span of two months. I was extremely impressed by Arien's professionalism, who exemplifies what a banker should be. Based on this wonderful experience, I will be referring to and using Arien as my go-to broker. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, making her an absolute pleasure to work with. She consistently went above and beyond and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. Not only did she get things going seemingly immediately, but she also has an amazing quick witted personality. She seemed to always be ahead of the curve with literally everything. She is beyond knowledgeable, and can either answer any question you have at that moment or will find out and get you all the information you need. However, the best part of the entire process was that I felt like I truly did nothing. On occasion I would get an email from Arien with a form for me to sign and return, but there was never any hassle. Her phone calls are always followed up with emails reiterating talking point and just for you to have for your records. From the get go she told me "no news is good news," so I never had to worry about if everything was going accordingly if I hadn't heard from her. 10/10 would recommend Arien and her partners. Also, bc it matters to some people, she is an absolutely gorgeous woman too!!

As one should do, I shopped around for lenders (at least 4 different ones) and Stephanie was the only one that went above and beyond, providing personal attention and research for my special homestead case. When you have a couple of hundred thousand on the line, you want to be happy with your purchase on every level, and Stephanie Donell gave me such peace and mind. It was a wonderful experience. Stephanie and her team were very personable, responsive and worked around the clock, especially when it came close to closing escrow. She hopped on video/phone/email a couple times anytime I had questions and I never felt like a "transaction". She was so patient, sweet and warm, but most importantly she was experienced and knowledgeable. If I had a question she did not have an immediate answer to, she always circled back and answered after doing some research. On the day we closed escrow, Stephanie sent the cutest leather keychain with embossed lettering "home sweet home" which I found to be such a sweet and personable touch. What I found particularly impressive was that even after escrow closed, and we were settled in, the relationship was not over. Her company invested in software (Homebot) which sends an update once a month to keep us updated on the house value along with money saving tips. She always encouraged me to reach out if I had any questions, and about almost a year later, she followed up and gave me an advance heads up on what to expect for property taxes. She even personally helped me calculate estimated property taxes for 2023 so that there would be no surprises when the time come to pay. The entire process from our initial meeting all the way to the point we signed on the dotted line was so smooth and almost effortless. Jan knew that we were new to Austin and gave us a lot of tips on the area. She recommended a stellar real estate agent and got us to closing on time. She was very clear in explaining the process to us and helped us understand all of the tricky things about buying and owning a house in Texas. Jan is also great with estimating costs and even inflates the numbers slightly so that you have a worst case scenario on what your costs will be.
