The dentist came in and drilled the holes and then left the hygienist to glue/fill them. This girl had a lot of trouble and took a very long time. The dentist was no where to be found. When trying to get the metal holders out, she kept yanking and getting tired and stopping. I actually got a headache and almost felt like asking her if she could get some help. Finally, she got them out and finished up. Both of the insides of these teeth now are bumpy from glue, not smooth like they used to be. When I called, I was told that it would wear off with brushing. I got a call later saying that they no longer accepted my insurance (I'm on Medicare, so who cares about old people?) I told them I would find another dentist and asked them to remove me from any messaging. Last week, I received a letter saying they are charging me $50. because I no-showed. WHAT???

Sandee takes her time to be sure she's done a thorough cleaning and inspection as well as making sure to avoid discomfort during and after the process. I've been to several dentists over the years, and I take great pride in my smile. Dr. Singh performed a couple of bonds to important teeth, and her work is masterful. She really has a developed eye for what looks correct aesthetically. I would trust her with any cosmetic work I may have done in the future. Pricing is honest, upfront, fair, and comparable to other providers in the area. There's an in-house program for people without insurance as well! Prior to my company providing dental insurance, I used Dr. Singh for a year during a lapse in insurance and took advantage of said program. It definitely made keeping up with my dental visits less of a financial burden. The dentist i had was dr glossner and i can say i was very lucky to get him as my dentist. Dr glossner is a smart very attentive dentist. He took the time to make sure that the mold of the crown was as near to perfect as you could get. His attention to detail is what really made me comfortable in the dental chair. I have difficulty finding a compassionate pro to heal my wonky grill. All I ask is a thorough assessment and reasonable course of action. I was spending my (1st) Christmas with my boyfriend's family, when a horrible toothache sabotaged the holiday. Topical anesthetic and ibuprofen didn't cut it and by Christmas day, I couldn't stand the blinding pain extending from my jaw to frontal lobe. Sobbing quietly in a bedroom does not make for holiday fun. For anyone. My boyfriend's mother took action and contacted the family dentists. Dr. Panas and Dr. Shedlosky (and team) are lifesavers. They saw me at 9:30 the next morning. After a brief consultation and X-ray, Dr. Shedlosky identified the problem and solution. I needed a root canal. Fortunately, Dr. Panas was available to perform it later that afternoon. That night, as I entered codeine dreams, I was thankful for the capable team that ended my pain. I healed quickly. My follow-up went well and Dr. Panas was insistent on setting the right bite. The best dentists in the land are in Camp Hill, and well worth the trip. Thank YOU!

They let me know right away what was going to be covered by insurance before hand, and for us it was all covered. When you get there you have to go upstairs to check in and we did that and then you go back downstairs. After we waited about 10 mins the nurse called our daughter back and said one parent could come back. Both my husband and I took off so we could both be back there because she has anxiety issues. I asked the nurses again if her dad can come back too and they said no. Which I don't understand due to the fact that there are two seats when you enter the room. I met the doctor and he explained what the procedure was going to be, about 3 minutes and he said he will see her again in a few. They said the procedure can take up to an hour and the anesthesiologist came in and introduced themselves along with someone training. I then left and was told they will call my cellphone when she's ready. The entire procedure took about 40 minutes and we got the call. The side of the building we they want you to pick patients up needs to be marked better because it's fading but we found it. It's a tight squeeze to get out and the bushes make it hard to see. The procedure went well but we never received a call from the doctor or a nurse AT ALL to see how our daughter was doing which I found to be odd. We did have to call for a question about her healing and they did call back quickly but I don't think had they called us for a patient follow up we would have had to call them. Bottom line, not sure I would use them again. 50/50 on it. If they were more patient friendly for underage patients I would probably say yes without question. But with the not calling for a follow up or both parents not being allowed in the room with her it's a flip of a coin if I would go back. The place is though and quick so if you want that experience this may be the place for you.

I had called when scheduling my appointment that I needed to be done by 4:10 PM, to make it for an appointment after. After being taken back 15 minutes late then my appointment time, that I arrived 10 minutes early to I finally finished at 4:50 PM. My barber appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm, so I missed that. Sauve does good dental work, but is way too overbooked. He is constantly switches to different patients which leaves many patients waiting. Ontop of this, I had a 125$ bill, in which I tried to use my health savings card on, but the front desk lady insisted that that would not work .
