I have had the pleasure being a patient of Dr. Kong for the past year. In short, she is by far the most dedicated, committed, accommodating, energetic, engaging, and trustworthy dentist I have come across; and, I would recommend her for any dental treatment (both general and cosmetic dentistry).
I began my relationship with Dr. Kong by searching for a doctor that would be able to accommodate my desire for minor tooth movement. Dr. Kong was listed as a notable doctor in the area with much experience. My first visit to her office was for a cleaning. When she first entered the room, her gregarious and joyous personality actually changed my typical mindset of hating the dentist to actually enjoying it. I presumed that I would need to schedule a second appointment to discuss my teeth adjustment; instead, after my cleaning, Dr. Kong sat down with me and explained the many options I had. I had many questions, and she clearly and thoroughly answered them in an easy-to-understand manner. By no means was I pressured to make a decision, but I was able to commit to something that day, and the necessary elements needed to begin the process were orchestrated.
Having to travel frequently for work, Dr. Kong made herself very flexible by accommodating me at very unusual hours. I would only be able to meet on Fridays, and sometimes only over the weekend. Because of my limited amount of time at home (travelling for work) and my desire for teeth correction quickly, there were instances that she would see multiple times a week, an often times multiples times on a weekend. I have never seen such commitment for someone's work or patients.
As noted, I had a strong desire for a quick turnaround related to my teeth movement meant. I wanted perfect teeth, and I wanted them quickly. Dr. Kong understood this and my timeline very well, and developed a plan for us to achieve success. In three short weeks, I was able to have the perfect smile that I had always wanted. To cap it all off, I had a whitening treatment made for me, leaving me with a radiant smile that many noticed.
To summarize, I would strongly recommend Dr. Kong for any patient seeking out general or cosmetic dental work. The work she performed was outstanding and timely; the commitment and dedication she has for her patients is unparalleled. It would be a mistake if you chose to go to another dentist for any reason.
