Made me feel both incredibly worried and like my issue couldn't matter in the least. He was rushed which was probably a good thing since I couldn't handle another minute in there. When I asked about the possibility of an open MRI because of claustrophobia, he made me feel ridiculous and his advice was to "take a couple xanax or something", to which I responded by letting him know I was an addict. As the conversation continued, I told him I'd figure it out and he told me to just take a couple of "shots" before the MRI and I had to remind him that I was sober so he offered a generic apology and said he'd light incense in a condescending tone. I'm not entirely sure how great of a surgeon he is, but I imagine someone with his level of education and specialty should bear some semblance of professionalism and compassion.

Due to Covid, we waited in the car until they are ready to let us for the appointment. I'm fine with this, the wait was a bit long.. about 25mins but we went at 2pm which I assume is peak time for them. The staff.. wow.. you can tell they all love kids and are amazing with them! They were patient, fun, and explained everything to him which he loved. IPads are in the waiting area with games loaded on it. iPads are in the exam rooms for the kids to watch movies. Brilliant. To end, they send the kids home with a dental goody bag and a balloon. Oh and a general exam with cleaning and X-rays was only 79.00. Totally worth it. Im grateful my pediatrician recommended this place, my son will be a patient as long as they remain open :)

After some researching on whether or not I should hire an traffic attorney, I came to the conclusion that yes, I probably should just in case. A friend of mine who happens to be an attorney recommended contacting The Ticket Clinic. I was able to text them a picture of my citation, and hire them immediately. Price was fair. Initially, I was a little concerned that I had not heard anything after a week. I called them and a legal assistant answered and was very informative. All in all, the process was great. They did send email updates at every turn, letting me know an attorney would attend on my behalf and that I did not need to be present. In the end, my case was dismissed with no charges or points on file. They were incredibly helpful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Over the last year or so I've noticed office staff changes. The former people were happy, these are not. I drove quite a distance to see a specific therapist and when I get there I'm told he's no longer there. I get more respect from my hair salon. I am now looking for new orthopedic specialists and will be doing my homework. Did I mention that I've been a client of this practice for about 30 years. I'm done!
